  1. Gmail is great...except I use it via Outlook
  2. I used 1280x1024 on my 17" Viewsonic... if i go 1280x960, then i get black cut offs either side, with 280x1024 it auto adjusts and fits perfectly and looks ace. Also, you will notice in new PC games it gives you that option for resoltuion for LCD monitor, works fine with me I also get a lot more clarity

    X-Fire

Xfire is very useful, just really annoying when you get clan members on different teams telling where they are....for example, Counter Strike- seen it when dead players tell other players where the other team is, well annoying but doesnt happen that often
  8. haha, like it!
  9. Who plays online, and what do you play? (ongoing survey)
  10. Ok, this typical annoying BSOD... This screen has been popping more and more frequently on my computer. Specs: (built myself) ASUS A78NX Deluxe Board Athlon 3200 1GB Crucial ballistix RAM 200GB WD 60GB maxtor 80GB Samsung 66GT graphics Memory cooled, CPU cooled with Zalman Basically, no other message with the BSOD, I have only noticed this BSOD since Ive upgraded to Braodband, using Linksys ADSL2 Router and modem with Linksys Access Point attached. At first it staretd to happen in games, so thought maybe graphics, then i started to happene just when i load any prog, not all the time, just randomly. I have diagnosed my hard drive, fine, memory with memtest, fine... totally lost for ideas....any help would be appriciated!

  19. I like having top quality in games....but when i priced myself up for a ASUS mobo, Venice AMD 64 3000, and a 7800 GFX.....well, at £600.....ill leave it a bit....sniff...
  20. Well, bought the game over the week end and have been playing it, and it is brill! 10 times better than the first! graphics are sweet! even on my 66GT, running at good quality! Screenshot
  21. I own a 66GT, overclocked slightly, and it runs the games that you say very well, but like others are saying, if you want to run new games at high quality then you do need an upgrade, I refuse to get an upgrade as it would mean a new board and CPU, and frankly I aint got the mney to do that, hehe
  22. Latest desktop...
  23. I don't think AGP is dead yet, they are still selling them etc, and a lot of people use them, but they will phase them out, just as they do with all old technologies, so yes probably in a years timne it will all be PCI-E....then it will be sommit else, etc etc
