hmm how about wag54g? seems to be develping a problem lately where if i reboot the router, after i switch it back on sometimes it doesnt detect that the network cables are plugged in,same with wireless connection, after many times switching it on and off it then detects the cables are plugged in ok..... maybe firmware update could help?

yep i totally agree with ripken on this issue, ram is very common to cause issue... done any tests on the ram? and yes its a good plan to try it with just one stick of ram and that will help you to pinpoint the issue as it could be a incompatability issue

strange how you want to remove a service pack... not recommended either as a service pack updates and overwrites many files that actually runs windows so you could expect problems by doing this..... maybe someone can correct me if im wrong about this oh BTW nlite cannot remove a service pack

i must admit in my experience and from what i have also read in many forums celeron are pretty lame cpu's but i doubt thats what causing you the problem... my guess would be something draining pc ( i.e services/tasks running in background) cheers

i have never noticed any flicker on a tv or a crt monitor and i have used many of them over the years, however i do have a flicker on the laptop im using but i know its because the screen cable is breaking down and need replacing.
