  1. Well , it's simple , earlier you wrote that the bug is due to "Nvidia DX11 drivers" , so I was wondering why it still happens even if I do not have them installed and on a machine without Nvidia card and even without Intel video drivers .
  2. Hello Dave , perhaps this will help you . You can watch through these sites (no registration and no login needed). Just insert any profile name you want . Or use search , works at the first website. https://dumpor.com/v/insert_profile_name_here Also : To view/save stories https://instasaved.net/en/save-stories/insert_profile_name_here To view/save pics https://instasaved.net/en/save-image
  3. I should've been more specific , it doesn't even work with the ported DX file. Today I tried to run it on a videocard that has native DX12 (feature level 12_1) and despite what some websites claim (they claim you can run it on a 12_1 feature level card) , it just doesn't run. Says "win 7 is not supported on your current hardware" . But the hardware is supported officially and the game is from official sources.
  4. Assassin's Creed Valhalla doesn't work on Windows 7.
  5. I'm afraid your retina could be damaged to the unrepairable levels ... I , of course , hope it is not the case , since I wish only the best for you ! But your LED lights , white walls (OMG why?) and 5 LED TVs that's what worries me . Perhaps you live in Florida or some other sunny state ? I actually have the same Dell 2408 , (am I right, it's one of your models?) and my brightness is at ZERO !!! . Of course yours may be much older and worn out, BUT 40% brightness on any Dell is NOT normal ! And your theme is not only bright, it is distracting . It is acid blue , even with more acid than the original XP theme . When I browse , the browser's UI is the least thing I want to see. It's gotta be neutral . Neutral soft colours , etc. LESS saturation. Otherwise it's counterproductive ! I'm actually not in need of any changes , since I have my own version , just tried to explain for the others. And the version I gave you , that theme was for you only , I don't use it , as you may have already guessed.
  6. I gather you're a Vista fan , right ? In that case you ought to know , there are no Vista video drivers for Intel Haswell at all , so I couldn't install them , even if I wanted to. This bug happens on Vista RTM (without DX11 support) , how would you explain it then ?
  7. One simply can't beat the Dutch quality . Made in Holland , Made with Love , Made by Dixel. P.S. Thank you for the kind words.
  8. The next stage/phase of chromium development is web.brain , to track down and eliminate survivours after the global takeover .
  9. Not this one , no . It's just yet another ugly and bloody obvious tracking/telemetry technique we shall have to disable/block.
  10. Any realtek chipset should do just fine ! If you read the ME docs , it says it has it's own mac address , right ? So how it will send any info if it's own LAN is switched off ? Of course, there are newer motherboards that have realtek onboard already installed and the address is known to intel ME , but you will have another card with another address and intel ME won't have any drivers for it ! Checkmate. P.S. I'm sorry , I don't know about 2017 motherboards , my youngest is more than 8 y.o. , as of now. But in theory it should work too ! Just try to use older PCI cards. (not PCI-e). On the other hand , PCI-e should work too . I just didn't test it myself . To answer your question , my chipset is Q87 and ME can't go online with another PCI realtek card ! Another mobo is with Q45 , the same , it's blocked.
  11. @ArcticFoxie, and if you have a 3rd party firewall , you also need to allow it's driver . But that's it.
  12. You're welcome , enjoy ! Hi , I'm sorry , I can't find your post I've seen a bit earlier (where you showed us your XP network settings) . You do not need all that bloat you enabled (like client for Microsoft , etc), you only need TCP/IPv.6 or v.4 (depends on the ISP). I remember I suggested you to disable some junk services earlier , and you liked it , perhaps you will like this too. Have a nice day.
  13. If you want , I can send you [I think I had said it a very long time ago] my version, not only it has a good dark theme , but with dark webpages (inverted) . Plays 4K on youtube [even wih XP] and has no russian language . With zero russians involved during the building process. Also , it can pretend to be an iphone without detection. Due to my laziness, it still has minor English language misspellings. I should say they are more like a weird translation made by a non-native speaker. {but not russian , lol}
  14. A free advice from an old school dude : 1- Just buy a dedicated network card [not intel] and this will prevent ME from going online . I can send you a link to a good German store (approx. 5-12 Euro). 2 - Also , you need to disable the onboard intel LAN in your BIOS. 3 - Realx and Enjoy . P.S. Not sure if this trick will still work with the modern systems. I do not have any. My "latest" is from from 2013 and the trick works on it.
  15. Well , I have a haswell laptop , it has this bug without Nvidia drivers installed , how woud you explain it then ?
  16. So we may safely assume those are win10 ported drivers . Why ? There are no 372.93 and 373.19 windows 7 drivers . I looked at some others (older ones) I received from FS and all of the numbers correspond to their windows 10 versions (!), but not win7. Like 369.09 and 39 https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/236586/nvidia-driver-36909-/ BTW , looked at 373.19 again , it supports all 1000 series cards , including GTX 1050 Ti , only the lowest end GT1030 is missing.
  17. You're welcome ! I'm sorry for your 30 Euro down the drain . If only you lived nearby ... I could solder them for free . Buy an office Siemens board, where it could be disabled in BIOS , yes , there are some boards like that , for your 775 socket also . A good example would be Q35 chipset boards where Siemens folks made an option to disable it completely , even with a password protected setting , so no one could revert it back! I'm guessing could be found for 10-20 euro max in Germany.
  18. PC from 2007 ? I think it has it . What is the chipset ?
  19. Yet another link says : "Key Features: - Latest 7th Gen. Intel Core i7 processor - Latest GeForce GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 with desktop level performance ! And you may know that the first GTX 1050 driver is 375 , so this one is (at least on par with it or even newer) So we can assume the neighbour is right . https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/GRAPHICS-BOARD/NVIDIA/MSI-GL62M-7RD-NVIDIA-Graphics-Driver-373-19-for-Windows-10-64-bit.shtml
  20. Finally ! You're welcome , enjoy !
  21. @win32, wait a minute ... I'm stunned , it's a legit win10 driver ported to Vista !!! This driver exists out there in the wild ... but for Win10 only !!! Just search for "nvidia driver 373.19" yourself . So the Fujitsu Siemens staff ported a win10 driver !??! And look at the date added "November 2017". https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/GRAPHICS-BOARD/NVIDIA/Acer-Aspire-TC-730-NVIDIA-Graphics-Driver-373-19-for-Windows-10-64-bit.shtml
  22. Why no shared worker folder, lol ? [one of the most notorious trackers] . I mean, you clean up almost innocent folders/files and not them ??? This is no mocking , just a friendly advice. P.S. Look , even MSFN logs are there , in that folder.
  23. You still didn't answer my question. You wrote the bug has something to do with Nvidia DX11 drivers .
  24. Thanks cap., actually I was one of the first ones to notice it and wrote win32 about it, that's why I game on x86.
