Have you tried and install these softwares? You wrote Windows Movie Maker. Its an older version. The latest version is Windows Movie Maker 2. Have they been updated or not, if yes which softwares have been updated? Sorry, I mean that sevice pack includes Windows Movie Maker 2.1.

Did you install other factory firewall? Symantec said there is no effective if you install the Norton Personal Firewall and turn on Windows Firewall. You should turn Windows Firewall off if you install other factory firewall.

You can use Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 to test the unattended iso.
