did extract the files for .dl_ .cp_ .ex_? If so then how did you replace them? Finally just reapply the uxtheme.dll that should fix the problem.

Hi. I am taking a breaking from unattended install for a while because school is starting but I was wondering how you would add drivers into the install so windows wil detect them with out using the winnt.sif file or anything similar because I want the repair feture and I don't need to install any software I have a disc to do that after everything get installed (Windows)

Windows Install and Repair.
Hi. I download sp2 today and I was having some problem at first. So I just made a disc with the I386 files and merge sp2 in it. When I went to format my hd it asked me if I wanted to do a repair, but when I have a winnt.sif file that says FullUnattended it will not give me this option. Is it possible to have this option. I don't care if my install is unattended or not but I want to be able to run a program using cmdlines or on the first boot of windows. Also I would like my drivers to install automatically using OemPnPDriversPath or some other way. How would I do this. Like I said I could care less if I have to add my info.

Boot.ini Add line
MCT I think that what I want but I have xp home. So I get an error saying that it doesn't know the command. MHz Thanks for the help but I was wonder if any one could help me more. [boot loader] timeout=3 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP DBS" /fastdetect /kernel=oemkrnl.exe multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /fastdetect This is my boot ini. I need to right to the boot.ini to tell it to change the timeout to 3 cause when you reinstall windows it's defualt is 30 and then I also need it to make DBS defualt. I want to do this automatically. So I all I have to do is right a cmd and tell RunOnceEx.cmd to run it
