If any of you have ever used RyanVMs Update pack from Windows XP I have created a update pack for Windows Server 2003, you intergrate it in the same way as you would RyanVMs, just few changes check it out! Windows 2003 Update Pack

Ive been trying to do that Unattended for the past 3 months and cant find anything the only thing I can think of is to use a AutoIt3 script to do it Which it was a simple value to change even if its a REG_BINARY I have created a program to edit them. at the moment I have set it up to change the power setting, its very annoying when I close my laptop and it goes into standby I’m in the middle of rewriting v2s engine I wasn’t happy enough with it to release it and still have to make my php page but there’s going to be a lot of changes from v2 to v3 mainly the format of the tweak data when there being executed and also adding more features IE ini editing and hopefully meta editing Oh going to have to stop playing World of Warcraft to do it

Bâshrat the Sneaky, your script doesnt start WatchDriverSigningPolicy.exe when you use the option to keep and install the drivers at logon. What I gather is that WatchDriverSigningPolicy.exe GUI-mode Setup when installing the drivers for the hardware in your system. If you have ever had problems with files errors during windows installation it could be down to the burner and the media you use! I have had many problems during Text-mode Setup files cant be read, but for the first time after my Pioneer DVR-105 refused to reconize a cd or dvd I used my LG 'super multi' GSA-4120B at i had one file that wouldnt copy at text mode and a nasty error when the GUI-mode Setup came up it was because my burner had made I386\asms\6000\MSFT\VCRTL\MFC42.DLL corrupt So should we include MD5 check files on our unattended DVDs? Oh I dnt know what to put in my poll what MD5 program would you recomment?

OK, thats one why to fill a DVD! add the MSDN 2005 April to the Unattended DVD, weighs in at 1.54GB compared to 303MB that Visual Studio 2003 takes and there BOTH in SFX created with 7Zip! Hum I can see another shrinking tool on its way!

Just buy it though steam you get alot more for your money! Iv bought both the standard retails only to find no back catalog of Valve products unlike Silver or Gold and the same with the Retail Collectors Edition. I wish I had bought it from Steam & would have gone for Gold in the end. much safer bet!

its a problem that is caursed by a windows update Network Sharing - Missing Files And Folders? went to a shared folder and then tried to access the computer via its ip (IE \\10.0.0.15\) amd cancled the login box and pressed refresh on the net share 9 times out of ten more stuff appeared Be it files and/or folders, made remote installations impossable for a while until i found that work around

Using a program called Araxis Merge to compare my slipsteamed files with the orignal file so I can creat a SFX for everyone Its ALOT bigger than i had first hopped as there are a few files that ar'nt actualy updated included due to changes in the time stamps, going though the files one by one to remove them Hum thats only 470 to go now Copy CD1 to a hard drive and extract the exe to the same folder and over write the old files Download BETA! Right I will post a SFX to update it, I dont have webspace so either if someone can provide a mirror that would be good the size of all the updated files comes to a total of 192MB Uncompressed. Untill I create a script to do this its the only why i can think off that quick and easy for me and you. Can be compressed to around 40MB smaller than the orignal SP6 update
