I have it installed and there’s no problem with it on my computer, just not using my tweaking app until I have updated it. It was installed using RyanVM Pack v1.2 Just adding last few things to the Engine side of things then I will get on with creating the tweaks list hopefully I will be able to generate it from a database instead of typing it all out. Next version will more than likely by hand coded and the version after that will hopefully be generated. Hand coding this one so I know what the compiler need to be capable of.

I was trying to access my E drive from a remote PC using e$ yea I know security ant to good on my network Well I could see some files and folders. If you typed the entire address it would still load the 'hidden' files I have found a workaround ping the computer to get its IP and type in the IP instead of the computer name NS1 - Before NS2 - After using IP and refreshed normal link Has anyone else experienced this? Especially if you have use my WinNT Tweaker (Please state version) and/or RyanVM's update pack (State version) I used a slightly modified WinNT Tweaker v1.1005 and also RVM Update Pack v1.2 Pretty sure it wasn’t doing this before Ryan's latest pack (v1.2)

Like I said my Duron system was great, ran anything I through at it, Anyway lylo, it depends what res you like to game at! I perfure 1028x768 Also your hardware maybe setup badly, could have old drivers, IE I thought this PC had drivers for my R9000 but loaded up DoW and the image was corrupt as it was using the microsoft drivers, not Omega, Omega drivers are SO Much better than ATi's and help having Mobility support too I have an X800 Pro and it just sat on the side, COSTLY purchase and I dnt even use it as none of my powersupplies have a stable enough 12v rail Im getting a Enermax sometime soon so I will be able to use it and also a Athlon 64 or may go for a Dual Opteron Cude Costly but should fly, mind you ever tried finding benchmark result Opteron VS Athlon 64? or against p4? when it comes to games its a no go for Opteron benchmarks, then again they are server chips

12MB (How embarrassing) GFX card no wonder You will be able to pay most games mate, I run LOADS of NEW Games on my laptop and that’s well Ok a bit faster than yours with a Athlon XP 2600+ M with 768MB and Radeon 9000-M (64MB) In my experience all you need it 256MB Min if its onboard GFX chip 512 is required and 64MB Gfx memory is sufficient for almost all games inc HL2, DoW, SW-RC, SW-KOTOR I&II, SW-BF, Halo. I could go on, I will say this some games in particular real time strategy all computers struggle, My friends Athlon 64 3200 was running stuttering A LOT my Athlon XP 3200 walked the distance, just coz it has 1GB of ram as appose to a standard retail machine with 256MB.. COME ON 256??? Dell, HP, Compaq you have no idea how much money I have made by just adding some more RAM, oh one more thing about Retail PCs the HD only have 2MB Cache!! Save your money build it ya self! If this Code Monkey can do it so can you I supose only advantage is you get the software for the PC with them and suposrt if you don't mind not having a PC for weeks on end while its being fixed only for same problem to happen down the line.

What you never knew that? thats why I love this program so much (Before and Includin v2.0.217b) to install it silently all you have to do was create a shortcut with /s on the end and validation? what validation Oh well, cant even use a AutoIt Script either as when I am installing the PCs dont have web access Just have to install it and copy files into my plugin SFX and reg it in Ok it does install just that the installer NEVER Closes its self after, so I can script it in

Great the new install is a pain, you can no longer use the extention /S to install it silently Great Program but installer 2 is a pain :-(

Windows 98 Can Run Better Than XP??? When 98 crashes it tips its self on its head, least XP doesn't fall over the same. Don’t put your CD back in on 98, AHH BSOD that’s very common. Microsoft product without Antivirus software, are you insane? As long as it has IE browsing courses a constant threat to your system. Oh well keeps us techies busy at least

Is anyone else having problems downloading MSN Plus? I have MSN Plus on my Unattended DVD and now its become corrupt along with a few other installers, don't understand why If I open the EXE in WinRAR3.41 it says ! C:\Downloads\MsgPlus-325.exe: Unexpected end of archive and thats for both versions What can I do? Could it be a tweak for NTFS that is messing up my files, but why just Installers? like NSIS, I cant fine a SINGLE NSIS Installer that’s on my PC that works CRC error, had to download them all again, now work but not MsgPlus Install Shield have been left untouched, No Idea as to the extend of the damage, yet

I will be glade when I finish my RIS server, only thing is I will cripply it every time I install a server as its a P3-800 and I added 1Gbit network card seems to sap the power out of it but makes installations go alot faster via my 1Gbit network Basicly going to have to redo alot of my scripts for me RIS server HD space wont be a problem its going on a 185GB HD with well nothing else on it 1 partition for Win2k3 Server and other for RIS and my base for my DVD and RIS so I can recompile another after updating files Im sure VS.NET 2003 takes less time to extract and install as there are SO meny files and Office 2000 is worse I installed my laptop while I tried to sleep all I could here was the DVD drives lens moving back and forth, didnt stop me from falling asleep.

Sure compressing them saves space on the DVD but what does it do to total installation time? in some instances where there are alot of files like Office or VS.NET I can see if helping as DVD access is much slower than HD Extraction time & installation time from HD to same HD VS Installation time from DVD to HD whats you you opinions? I Currently install : VS.NET Office 2k - SP3 VS6 - SP6 intergrated! TOOK ALOT OF work to do that! but works lot of messing round with INFs using SFX Should have put option Save our CPUs

I dont know my we cant use the MassStorage driver pack, I used it and it works fine! I tested it on my main PC I have a Asus A7V880 with 1GB, 3200+ Athlon XP, 4x 160GB Maxtors in sets of 2, 2 on the onboard VIA SATA controller and another set of 2 on a SI3112 and a 185GB on the main IDE conecters, think I will put my SI0680A back in to plug all my DVD-RWs into it also, and I had no problems with it at all, BASE v5.02.9 and MSDP v5.02.1

I know I use to install Visual Studio off my DVD but its started complaining I cant install it of my DVD, Im sure I use too Its saying Admin deploment is not allowed from a cd/dvd

It was on my laptop that doesnt have any kind of RAID drive, its a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A 7620, I was going to try it on my main PC but I still have a few bugs I want to work out of the installer before I end up taking down my webserver thats hosting my files and also my perminent web conection, now that PC will be more of a test! A7V880 OS on Standard IDE 2x 305GB RAID0 sets (4x 160GB Maxtors, 2 on the VIA onboard controller, 2 more on a SI3112) But I still havent tried it yet, I got no errors on my laptop with D-BP v5.02.8 and D-MS v5.02.1, v5.02 was not deleted and remained on the DVD so may explain why it worked! Ok, I am going to test it once more once I have zipped Visual Studio 2003 up to extract during installation as its beeing a pain and wont let me install it as its on a DVD and again updated so all the latest updates are included. Edit - Just found out I had v5.02 and v5.02.1 MassStorage drives in the DriverPack folder and it was copying over both to UWXPCD_ROOT folder don't know which one as actualy been extracted! or if both in which order, Removed the old pak so I will try it again
