This is because Network places and My computer are search results folders. for some reason find is opened, but not the search results folder. The first two lines add the icon to My Computer The rest creates a new Shell Object
  15. Native Dutch, but english as well, have to use it for my work a lot. and an very little bit of german. that's about it.
  16. You seem to be running XPlode from both winnt.sif and cmdlines. That's not needed. Try to add /XML:(path where xplode.xml is located) to the line in the cmdlines, and remove the entire line from the winnt.sif I think the /log:(path to logfile to be created) would be a great help in troubleshooting too...
  17. That's the exact same topic as FWu was referring to
  18. Tried to hack into your PC, but I can't find your cmdlines.txt.. and winnt.sif can you please post it here
  19. I guess you have to extract them to your %windir%\system32
  20. Extract the files in the I386 dir, no need for XPCreate

I'm using Xplode. here's an example of an MSI install: <execute display='Installing Citrix ICA Client 8.1...' program='%systemdrive%\Install\Applications\ICA 8.1\ica32pkg.msi' arguments='/QN' /> Worked before.. dunno why it isn't working now... all I did was upgrade to the new XPCreate version, but I doubt that's the problem. I'm going to take out the clutter, make a new ISO with failsafe patches and one MSI installer..
  22. I voted Yes. I think it's no excuse to download a full version to test it. Ever heard of Trial Software? and as for being trapped into buying something... that doesn't work for music, where I come from you can listen the CD in the shop before you buy it.. and even return it the next day if you don't like it. same goes for games and DVD's (unfortunately some misuse this trust to copy it, and then return it) To make sure you don't get "trapped" inform yourself... well... before buying.
