I currently have 1and1 and was about to switch to Powweb.com for my host.. but that jc-host.com is looking very good. Powweb has 1 plan only.. 1GB of space (1000MB actually) but 5GB DAILY transfer rate. $7.77 a month.

Nah.. I wish I could make a living with graphic design... I just photoshop (ver 3.0 to current) with a couple of 3rd party filter packs. Eye Candy 4000 and Xenofex. I also use Illustrator10 in certain instances

Hey rstryker, you're converting the logo to jpg, and it's looking crappy when the compression is added. I can give you the logo in the size you want with the blue background already set to match your website background. Thanks Datalore.. nothing someone with 2 minutes of time and photoshop with a few plugins couldn't do.

Try booting to the safe mode console (Command Line Interface) and run SFC. You will need your XP cd.

Or, if you don't like [right-clicking > Explore] everytime to launch explorer with a folder list, you can set it to be your default window state. Open my documents or my computer. From the menu, Tools > Folder Options... Click the File Types tab. In the list box titled Registered file types:, Highlight the (NONE) File Folder entry and click on the button labeled Advanced In the new box, under [Actions:], highlight explore and click the Set Default button. Click OK and close all windows. Now everytime you double-click (Or single click if you have your folders set to open on a single click) a folder, the explore layout will start with the folder list in place.

Sounds like you need to set macro mode. On my sony it's an option that shows a small flower on the screen when turned on. From 4 feet to 4 inches, use macro mode, beyond 4 feet use normal mode.

Look at a color wheel and try opposite colors, like red/green, purple/yellow, or blue/orange. Or try a shade or two off, like dark blue/light blue, dark purple/red, etc...

Here's 2 new examples and they are huge. 500+k each. You get better resolution by creating large, then re-sampling to smaller. I didn't like the texture I did on the first one, so I changed it a bit. if you are using netscape/mozilla/firefox, you should see the pictures correctly. I can send it to you in 24bit .png format, but IE doesn't do 24bit .png correctly. It's turns all tranparent alpha channels to grey instead of transparent. Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox show the format correctly though.. Gif can only 8 bit transparencies... If you want. give me the hex value of the background color you want to use, and I can change the background to match.

Never had to do this to the boot drive before, so I don't know if you can, but have you tried reassigning the letter via the drive manager applet?

Using remote tools like remote desktop, vnc, or dameware. Be sure you connect via the IP and not the name of the pc.

Try hitting F8 after your bios screen lists everything and before the windowsXP logo screen comes up. Choose safe mode > Command Prompt. try running the xcopy command there. You might have to set a path variable to the location of xcopy/xcopy32.
