  16. I believe it was Acer who is quite famous for sending out PCs with Windows XP on FAT32. To try and solve this, perhaps see if you can enter Safe Mode and schedule a chkdsk /r

  24. Mike, it'll work just fine for those uses. You may want to check and be sure your hardware was XP capable. But you'll really enjoy the ease of use and security you'll get with Windows XP. Don't bother messing with nLite. More trouble than it's worth. You're best off with a nice clean plain vanilla Windows install.
