  15. I've heard Digsby is supposed to be pretty good, but I don't care for it. Why? Because you have to create an account which you MUST log into before you can add/connect to your AIM/MSN/Yahoo/etc. They say it's so you can go to any computer and keep your prefs, added IM clients, and so forth. I wouldn't trust sending my passwords through their server which you have to be logged in to.

  19. I'd format and reinstall with a regular Windows cd. It's bound to work, and if it doesn't you can get support from Microsoft or your OEM.
