Hey Im a new user on MSFN forum... After seeing effort for older windows... I want a Windows 8 Extended Kernel.. I'm not a coder but seeing you guys made Vista Extended Kernel... It's not a demand but really cool to see it happened...

Works down to Windows 10 1809. Generic non-Windows 11 specific enhancements should work. In all honesty, Windows 8.1 is the better of the two. Everything is easier to access due to the readding of the native start button (classic shell on 8 (6.2) doesn't count), plus the start screen in my opinion is more organized. With that, I believe a Windows 8.1 Extended Kernel to be the better option. Since it appears this thread is gonna be dedicated to Windows 8, I'll create a separate thread to see if there is enough interest in a Windows 8.1 Extended Kernel. Before I go, this may be of help to anyone running Windows 8 on modern hardware. I'm under the impression this supports up to 10th Gen Intel. 11th Gen and later as well as subsets such as Jasper Lake are not currently supported, but I'm going to post about that in his thread. Oh, and I think his driver only supports either Q0 or Q1 stepping.

Could be deliberate, in order to force use of the "latest" browser versions, for "security" I feel fortunate that Chase.com still works in Serpent (52 and 55) as long as I use a user agent spoof, and of course don't try to enable "Web Components." On Android, not so lucky; I have a "vintage" 2015 Android phone which still works (even survived AT&Ts shutdown of their 3G network) except for the Chase app. The last Android 6 version of their app has been blocked for many moons. Never mind; I can still use Chrome - oh wait, Google just stopped updating Chrome on Android 6 too, so those days are numbered too. At least I got all the way up to Chrome 99 first (maybe Android 6 can't handle a 3-digit version number ) Assuming the phone continues to hold out, my last resort will be Firefox (probably FF 56 with, you guessed it, a UA spoof).

I get similar Javascript Console errors in 360EEv11 (chr69-based): Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token . in https://www.rb.cz/scripts/main.9082edf4740251c6.js And this is by simply loading the page; clicking the blue button produces an additional (CSS?) error: problem calling custom script: ReferenceError: $ is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):14) Their "main" script uses no less than 110 (!) invocations of the optional chaining operator (?.), an ECMAScript2020 feature (first implemented in Chromium 80/Firefox 74)... The master villain is, again, a Bank URI; perhaps they "feel" using the latest and greatest JS "goodies" makes them look "more safe" in the eyes of their otherwise "clueless" clients ; I'm of the opinion the @NotHereToPlayGames route should be pursued here, too...

I located what seems to be an odd firefox based browser, which ostensibly prevents the user from copying anything from sites,although I have not found it to be the case. I'm not stating categorically that this browser will work on all sites (as it doesn't) , although it does work on 'some' sites that the newer mozilla-type modded browsers don't work as well on....maybe API related... Perhaps there is something in it worth considering for those who are doing the mods and for the users such as myself, it's another browser in the 'arsenal' that still basically works on XP. I'm posting the relevant links and additionally I found that if I copy my extensions to the browser profile, many of the extensions I use will work. From what I see that isn't the latest version of the browser. Download the latest from here --> https://archive.org/details/360EE_Modified_Version I think pressing the Escape key was the solution to that problem (only at the very first run of the browser). Cheers.

@Cixcert and et al - I have been using the Opera 12.18_45 Russian built browser and so far I think it works very well and has more feature rich tweaking of everything than I have ever see in any other build of any browser and I have yet to explore all of the available tweaking which is not well translated into English as of yet. There *is* an English language file included which during the first time I opening the browser, I couldn't find the setting for, since everything appeared in Russian Cyrillic. I went into the installation folder (locale) language sub-folders and disabled the Russian and Ukrainian language files by renaming them something that wouldn't load, then placed copies of the English language file into the Russian and Ukrainian locale sub-folders as well as leaving the English file in the original pre-existing English locale location (so no other language could possibly load) and voila (!), English, not perfect but very workable. I also subsequently located a setting for English in the preferences settings and set it to English.- see photo for reference. I think the 1st page of this thread stating (Russian only) would tend to give the impression that there isn't an English language option, so my suggestion is to edit the Opera 12.18_45 entry to include the fact that there is an English language option.
