  2. In case you missed, Hybrid Post Quantum Key + QUIC (Kyber draft "X25519Kyber768Draft00"), instructions on bruteforcing that weak "encryption" method. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186176-x25519kyber768draft00-hybrid-post-quantum-secure-key/?do=findComment&comment=1265284
  3. You're indeed right! It very well can be, seeing they already call it HTTP/3, I still hope it won't happen very soon because the format is flawed.
  4. I'm wondering that as well, does Auto-Update work after this modification?
  5. Today
  6. Adguard has some well maintained language specific filter lists, but not for Greece... They do have one for Dutch (and German) https://adguard.com/kb/general/ad-filtering/adguard-filters/
  7. BTW, the same filter list is used in the most recent webextension uBock Origin 1.57.2 as in the legacy versions: https://www.void.gr/kargig/void-gr-filters.txt
  8. Maybe it's blocked at the DNS level? Try changing to another primary DNS at the router or in your OS. I use Quad9 (9.9.9.9). It's fast and blocks malware domains as well.
  9. Yes they have added new stuff, but it worked for me regardless, I think can fix this next version. And I finally got old P4 like yours with SSE2 only, I shall replay later
  10. The Greek filter list is reachable here from Germany, too. [Adblock Plus 1.1] ! Title: Greek AdBlock Filter ! Version: 2023112600 ! Expires: 2 days ! Homepage: https://github.com/kargig/greek-adblockplus-filter ! License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ But this list doesn't seem to be maintained on a regular base. I would suggest to look for a suitable replacement. When you find a good one, you can post its link here. I will then update my mod.
  11. I've been disabling QUIC in all my browsers because it is a Google format and I don't like the concept of the server deciding what resources to push, and more excuses to cram more overhead into webpages because they are quick enough. Is this quantum thing a threat to old browsers because basic HTTP/1 is on its way out?
  12. Ok, for some unknown reason my Pale Moon cannot reach void.gr. Already tried flushing DNS and clearing history/cookies. I'll just use the githubusercontent.com URL as a custom list for now. edit: my Android device cannot reach it either. But desktop Firefox can. Perhaps they are using some over-zealous security configuration.
  13. If I had used the CFF Explorer method (extract the Firefox installer and alter the necessary EXEs), how should I be updating that Firefox version to a newer version once available? I presume the normal Update method doesn't work?
  14. Oh, not again! Kyber has been obsolete and outdated for ages, I warned you, you don't listen, I honestly don't understand why. D.Draker never gives bad advice. On the link below, you can enjoy the precise instructions on bruteforcing that weak "encryption" method. "Challenge 1: Breaking baby Kyber." "After a couple of hours (or way less depending on your configurations), we obtain the following solution..." Decrypting the communications: "From this point, having recovered the four server private keys (one for each communication), the rest of the challenge is straightforward. Having access to the ciphertext from the pcap file, we can use the OQS_KEM_kyber_NS_decaps function to recover the 32-byte shared secret. Here is the example code for the case NS5" https://blog.quarkslab.com/sandboxaq-ctf-2024.html
  15. Weird, on my Pale Moon it works: BTW, I see that filter list still blocks a few .swf banners. Didn't know these were still around (or maybe the list needs cleaning). [Edit] Is the list even still maintained? ! Version: 2023112600 [Edit2] I see now that there was a commit last week: live24.gr##.banner live24.gr##.bannerContent
  16. It works here on official Pale Moon and uBlock-for-firefox-legacy by UCyborg. I can reach the URL: https://www.void.gr/kargig/void-gr-filters.txt
  17. How much memory does wfw support? And system resources?
  18. Something unusual seems to be going on with the Greek AdBlock Filter (included in the Regions, languages section). The link to the filterlist stopped working since a few days. It also stopped working on Firefox/WebExtension (same link). As of today however, it works on FF again but not on UXP browsers/uBO Legacy. This alternative URL found on filterlists.com seems to work fine. Not sure why this happens.
  19. I would like to inform MSFN members that Chrome 124 (and Edge 124) has enabled the "X25519Kyber768Draft00" Hybrid Post Quantum Key + QUIC to default. It will almost certainly be enabled by default in future versions of Firefox as well. In Firefox Nightly it is already at default. I remind you that QUIC is already enabled by default in Firefox. Test: https://pq.cloudflareresearch.com/ Some problems: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/google-chromes-new-post-quantum-cryptography-may-break-tls-connections/ I have been experimenting with the Hybrid Post Quantum Key since Jan. 19, 2024, even in Firefox, and have yet to detect any problems loading websites. I also performed CPU + Layout/sec measurements of website loading with the Hybrid Post Quantum Secure Key + QUIC. MSFN members who do not like the Hybrid Post Quantum Key enabled + QUIC are required to set the flags to the "disabled" value.
  20. Sometimes the "not a valid win32 app" error is nothing more than then .exe not properly "signed".
  21. With "Show only when no keyboard attached" option OSK button is always visible - with keyboard attached and also unattached, on Windows version 22631.3447, app 3.7.9. When I turn off the "enhanced classic taskbar" and in windows settings set OSK button to same option it works properly - so it's probably bug in the app (changing option in windows settings with the enhanced taskbar on has no impact, keyboard button is always visible).

  23. Nothing is necessary, I already understood how to do it. Thanks for the tip. The reason is quite obvious - the name is long and the last letters of the name are still not visible: I just wanted to make the name a little shorter. RamDrive for example fits: I have only one RamDisk on the system, so it's hard to confuse anything.
  24. Yes. But I assume "label" command does its work still... If you will point me why do you need variable label when driver create volume I do option for this. > Do you need a separate 16-bit client? No. Drive can or can not be mounted before. readme related options: - checking for third-party drives in memory at start address: "CheckExternalVolume"=hex:FF enabled by default. If a drive is detected, there are two options (by configuration) - it is either used or left under the control of the of the old software, with use option enabled by default: "GrabRMVolume"=hex:FF "GrabExternalVolume"=hex:FF. The first parameter defines the use of known DOS drives (e.g. RAMDSK32/64), the second - all other drives (no examples yet) i.e. GrabRMVolume - use DOS mounted drive, GrabExternalVolume - use unmounted volume, no matter how it was loaded into memory
  25. Hello. Is there a standard way to assign a different default name? I changed the name several times in the disk properties, but it is not saved and each time from a cold start it is assigned the original one. Is it hardwired somewhere deep in the driver code? I tried changing everything I found in the registry, but also to no avail. Another question concerns access from DOS to a previously created disk under WINDOWS. Do you need a separate 16-bit client?
