Based on your screencap versus Dave's screencap, what happens if you click the blue-circle "f" in the upper left corner? It looks like Dave's is "expanded" and yours is "collapsed". We don't know which country you're from, if you're from Russia, Iran, or North Korea, some (or all!) servers will surely be blocked, so it won't show you everything, if all. Try VPN. For me it works fine, I can't show the screen, I don't have an account, but I see the start page just fine, That said, I don't live in any of those countries. So, as noted above, it has to be a combination of changes in fb and settings in the firewall, etc., not changes in the browser(s) -unless those who see these lateral bands have altered the UA. It would not open any web page, and it showed this error. I tried the ungoogled and regular builds. One reason could be I am running XP Pro 64-bit. Does it work on that?
