Windows 10 18363.752

Today my Windows 10 x64 Pro updated to 18363.752 build. AeroGlass stops to work. dwm.exe crashes several times. Symbols loaded.

Plus AeroGlass keeps creating av minidumpfile(such as "minidump-03-27-13-29-10.dmp") every time I restart Windows...

I had contacted bigmuscle about the same issue I'm having and on his testing, its the Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 1909 (Build 183623.752) update that's broken and DWM randomly crashes even without Aero Glass installed. I think all we can do is wait till Microsoft releases and update that fixes the issue with the DWM crashes and perhaps in the meantime avoid the Windows 183623.752 update if wanting to use Aero Glass.

No crashes of dwm.exe without AG on my 2 different computers. It's not Windows issue. I think, AG just didn't support 752 build.

Hello, there is a small glitch in AG that needs to be fixed to support this update. However, when I run my testing machine, DWM.exe randomly crashes even without Aero Glass. Maybe it's connected to remote debugger. I don't know but it did not happen before.

I wonder what MS omitted from the update's changelog. They haven't fixed Aero Peek bug, have they?

Hi bigmuscle, when do you think you'll have the small glitch in Aero Glass fixed to support the Windows 183623.752 update and will you just be releasing a salient update or new version update of Aero Glass? Thanks.

Uninstalling for now. Honestly, coffee in Zurich at that one Starbucks is more expensive than what we payed. This man has to now figure out what [undocumented] changes were made to DWM, etc using a debugger, heh. Let's just wait.

Meanwhile:
I had one BSOD so far after freshly installing Win 10 and updating it. Its supposedly the NVidia driver. Not sure what is going on, but I wouldn't discount that something is wrong with the new patch itself at the moment. I would post my 3 minidumps as well, but I don't think it matters at this point. It's clearly the same exact issue for everyone here as far as the AG crashes go (not talking about my Nvidia thing, that's just a sidenote).
