roytam1 Posted October 5, 2019 Author Posted October 5, 2019 (edited) there is no NM27 builds this week as AF upstream doesn't make non-frontend changes. for further examining their changes, I think I should rebase my fix-winbuild and apply XP patches as a minimal base for that. EDIT: a test build is done: http://o.rths.ml/gpc/files1.rt/arcticfox-27.9.18.win32-20191005.7z commits are here: https://github.com/roytam1/Arctic-Fox/commits/fix-winbuild Edited October 8, 2019 by roytam1 1
looking4awayout Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 (edited) Hi @roytam1 , I have to report a bug that I have stumbled upon in K-Meleon Goanna. Whenever I set this option: layers.enable-tiles to true, in order to enable full hardware acceleration with the X1950 Pro, I get the following issue: Whenever I scroll the window, I get garbled graphics, black or white squares or garbled text. It goes away as soon as I scroll away or if I hover the mouse cursor on the affected area, but reappears shortly after. It also happens with New Moon 27, in a lesser way. It does not happen in Firefox 45 ESR SSE and SeaMonkey, for some reason. Edited October 5, 2019 by looking4awayout

I can test the builds for you if you want to import the commits. Maybe it could also be the chance to fix the broken async.pan-zoom feature in those two browsers as well. (when I enable it, the scrollbars disappear, rendering me unable to scroll. Does not happen on FF45 ESR SSE and SeaMonkey). Edited October 6, 2019 by looking4awayout
cryptoguest_01 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) Seems that my issue with "Forget about this site" clearing cache of all sites instead of just one is also present in Firefox 52 for whatever reason, not sure if it's worth reporting on PM forums though... (and if they'd accept a report from a Linux user) Edited October 6, 2019 by Kwasiarz

cryptoguest_01 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 And here I thought all of em are considered unofficial... Guess I might as well try, not wanna bother roytam with small stuff like this.

On the other hand, if I enable asynchronous pan and zoom, K-Meleon doesn't crash, but this happens: The scrollbars get hidden by the website, in fact when I scroll the page and I reach the end, the bars appear. As soon as I scroll back to the beginning, the bars get hidden. No rendering errors if asynchronous pan and zoom is enabled, in this case.
Mathwiz Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Is something up with o.rths.cf today? I keep getting either a 503 error or a redirect to a "Girls and their Webcam" page 1

(there is no fraud in my site, but freenom thinks so for no reason.) so you may change from rths.cf to rths.ml if rths.ml also "dies", I will finally need to buy a domain from somewhere else for running the site as freenom don't let me create new domain: https://my.freenom.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=9 Edited October 8, 2019 by roytam1 1
