Winamp v5.08e (All Versions) Nullsoft Winamp is a fast, flexible, high-fidelity music player for Windows. New features in Winamp 5 include support for classic Winamp 1.x/2.x/2.9x skins and Winamp 3 (Modern) skins; a fancy new Modern skin; the same classic skin for people who want the Winamp 2 feel; a vastly more powerful media library; CD-ripping support (AAC@2x in the Free version, MP3 at unlimited speeds in the Pro version); CD-burning support (limited to 2x in the free version); advanced title-formatting logic for file types that support it; huge AVS updates; support for playback of AAC and VP6 in NSV files/streams; global hot-key support; a new Signal Processing Studio DSP plug-in; options for disabling plug-in exception-handling for developers; a new Winamp icon; and the addition of XP manifest.xml to winamp.exe. Hosting My Own Site From Home.
prathapml replied to joeyg2391's topic in Server - Side Help (IIS, Apache, etc.)
It says hacking for jesus -
Been using MMJB here from v4 - always trusted it and found no problems. I'd say stick with it. In fact, v10 of it is released too, but it has so many "put offs" that I am still with v8. Main factor - its fast from all angles.

Problem Windows Messenger 5
prathapml replied to saitoh183's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
wait for some time.... someone who knows an answer will drop by. Else, you only get spam as replies... -
That 2kxp_inf folder, the complete set - is needed. (i.e., including the inf, cat, and folder with actual driver files). This is only the driver though - if you want the ATi control panel, you need to install it separately at GUIrunOnce.

I got this idea just today while reading a thread on here. Please vote in the poll. This topic will be pinned till a decision emerges. Well, now.... those of us who make multi-boots, normally also need to make autoruns that can select between all of these OSes. We need a multi-boot menu too. So.... how about we start a thread where each person can post up or offer his/her multi-boot (boot-loader) sources or their autorun sources? I can post up my boot-loader (you will need EasyBoot v5 to modify or compile it) and my autorun (you will need AutoPlay Media Studio v5 to modify or compile it).

Winnt.sif Options With F6?
prathapml replied to brian.jorgensen's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
Hello brian, You can still have your F6 (loading of RAID drivers) even with unattended. Have whatever values you want in your winnt.sif... including fullunattend, change $Docs and $Progs folder locations, ProductKey, timezone, everything! But the one value to be looking at is the "OEMpreinstall=" line. It seems that if you either don't have that line, or if you set it to "no", then your f6 will be avaialble. Do post back on how it works out for you. -

Apache And Mysql
prathapml replied to el_diablo4303's topic in Server - Side Help (IIS, Apache, etc.)
What version have you downloaded? Have you bothered to read the accompanying documentation? And you need a certain amount of knowledge on how servers work.... it can't be TAUGHT over the course of forum posts... First read the info that comes with it for config. Otherwise, no matter what amount of helpful replies you get, you still may not understand what's going on. -
How To Convert *.htm To *.asp
prathapml replied to el_diablo4303's topic in Web Development (HTML, Java, PHP, ASP, XML, etc.)
Depends on your purpose.Yes, you can combine static and dynamic pages on a single site - but not on a single page (unless you mean single DISPLAY page and are using frames of one nested in the other). -
Cant Access Network Unless Network Wizard Is Run
prathapml replied to durex's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
durex, yes that's right. It happens when OOBE is disabled (that is, when unattendswitch=yes). -
Well, the placement of the [components] block matters. You might have placed it too high or too low. Check for the sequencing in others' answer files.

Another Quicklaunch Discussion
prathapml replied to sleepyp's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
You could have made your post in an already existing topic.... This launch was fated to land with a crash. -
Yes, this is quite possible. Firstly, autopatcher has switches to be run silently. Next, there is an editor for the AP database - so you can add or remove what updates/hotfixes/tweaks it installs. There! That's some info to get you started..... try going on it, and post back if you need more info.

configure all 3 browsers path-independantly
prathapml replied to prathapml's topic in Application Installs
@hfrfc The INF will only set the browser to be default browser sticky. After that, you need to associate file-types if your default is not IE, which is what firefox does when it asks you if it should be default browser. -
office2k3 install - remove restrictions from STE Hoping this helps.... Oops, posted too late - saw you already found a solution.

I believe the required switch is "/Q" If not, then it has to be "/QB" or "/QN". -
