Seems like you don't see the difference between a bug and a missing feature. Either delete few lines from the winnt.sif regarding the stuff you want to be prompted about or choose Prompt Defaults or don't use unattended or set the language as it should be in the first place. It's not legal to use Windows on the multiple computers, that's why there is no such option.
