i found an old inspron 7000 at a garage trying to install xp on it does one need to install ram on it starts to install but when drivers are installed just shuts down need help

having a problem using nlite to install sp3 on a windows xp keep get a bad cd will start installation then i get this error uasbohci.sys corrupt then i have to reboot my question is can a cd bee made using vista and nlite thanks

has anyone found a program to install hotfixes for vista as the one that installs them in windows xp sure would like to find one thanks

when i try to make a desktop short cut fro my computer using right clicck nothing happens in fact i have no icons on my desktop
