  1. you're right. 16Bit support was dropped by the x64 Version of Vista
  2. this is because you have slipstreamed the Sp1. There are so many pending packages left and integrating more hotfixes will result in more pending packages which must be handled by the Servicing Stack. If you integrated the Updates to a clean MS Sp1 integrated DVD the integration is much faster.
  3. run vLite with -unwim parameter to uninstall WIM driver, restart your PC and run vLite again, now vLite will reinstall the WIM driver.
  4. disconnect completely from the Internet and uninstall KAV and try again.
  5. the OEM folder is located inside the sources folder. It contains the bitmaps for displaying the OEM logo and the file which is needed to auto activate OEM Versions.
  6. please put the x86 version of the wimgapi.dll into the vLite folder not the x64 one
  7. Use your MSDN DVD mit vLite and later copy the $OEM$ folder from your OEM DVD to your new vLite made DVD and create a new ISO. Now you have a new vLited OEM DVD
  8. is the project now published?
  9. the update seems to be buggy. Don't integrate it and you're fine
  10. this Library should have Aero Wizard too: http://www.codeplex.com/windowsformsaero
  11. start vLite in normal way without the extreme switch and will not be able to remove .net
  12. edit the authui.dll with a Resourcenhacker.
  13. mount the WIM and use the dir command to show all files inside the WIM. But zip the txt file and attach it.
  14. so it looks like an selfmade "Audit-Mode" version from Dell. You can't use such a version as source. You must use a clean Image from MS.
  15. it the "Red-Edition" a modified Vista DVD from Dell? Does the WIM include all Editions or just the Ultimate.
  16. if you use Codeplex, could you please use Svnbridge + TortoiseSVN and not the TeamExplorer. The .vssscc files are terrible
  17. no, you can replace an old with with new commands. Neo posted a tutorial here how to replace Run with the Search command under Vista Sp1.
  18. run vLite with -extreme parameter
  19. the Sp1 is already build in into the Server 2008
  20. could you please try 1.2Beta? this is the most recent version of vLite
  21. when it done! stop creating such topics every second day.
  22. please post your "Last Sesson.ini" so that we can see what you have removed
  23. it's a bug from the WIM filter driver in combination with AV and firewall tools like Comodo
