Have you disabled any AntiVirus/Firewall Tools while running vLite? Some tools cause a BSOD. Please try this first. If it doesn't work try to uninstall them completely.

please disable the automatic reboot after the crash and post the infos from the BSOD. Are you using an antivirus tool? If yes disable it or uninstall it if disabling doesn't help.

run vLite wim -unwim command to uninstall the WIM driver. Now reboot your system and put the WIM filter drivers from 1.1.6 into the vLite folder. The next time you start vLite, vLite prompts you to reinstall the WIM driver and now everything should be fine
