  1. Last I heard Alexia was spyware like Gator and the like. Wouldn't touch it with a 10 ft. long fiber cable.
  2. Basically, the 360 will be more like what we made the orignal xbox to be. But I'm sure that a modded xbox now will still have much more functionality then the 360 off the shelf. Check out this article on The Unbreakable XBOX 360. Hopefully someone will be able to figure it out how to break them and not just unique to their machine.
  3. Pauly Shore, yeah he's funny too. Biodome, lol.
  4. Thats what I'm saying. It cannot be done.
  5. Alright, have you ever ran any type of spyware apps? If no, then Ad-Aware is gonna go crazy finding all kinds of things along with all the others as well. Hopefully it'll fix whatever's wrong and I would recommend running all those apps atleast once a week. Just FYI about CCLeaner and Ad-Aware, it will detect and delete your cookies unless otherwise told not to. So if you want to keep them don't select them for deletion. I would delete all of them and start out fresh, but thats just me. Good luck.
  6. Yup, 10mb limit. Even when using the Gmail drive app it still limits the upload.
  7. I know how to manaully import the defs file, thats not a problem. I can connect and get updates just fine. And every time I couldn't, it was on my end as a firewall issue, not on their end. I thought I wasn't using the most current release of the app itself as the r1 wouldn't go away, not the defs.
  8. Most def... let me know when XBMC and linux are running on it and I'll buy one
  9. Welcome to the Forum David. I would recommend running some spyware applications like Ad-Aware, Microsoft Anti Spyware and Spybot S&D. In addition to these, I would run CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) to remove any files that are not needed and may be corrupting your IE in temp files. Also... goto start > run..., > type 'cmd' <enter> > then type sfc /scannow <enter> to make sure that all your system files are intact. Hope this helps. Later.
  10. Do you have some type of software that is deleting your internet cookies? If this info is erased MSFN has no idea who you are and will require a login.
  11. I would also recommend the same... removing the BIOS battery. However there are applications out there that can crate a boot disk to crack a BIOS password. I know these exist for Dell laptops especially as I've used one before. Try Google and if all else fails pull that battery. Good luck.
  12. Let me know when the upload limit is a much bigger size and I'll be all about it. I must compliment Google on all the progress in all the last year though. It has been my Internet 'rock' so to speak for many years but they are growing more than ever. The aquisition of the Keyhole software to form Google Earth is simply amazing! Keep at it Google!
  13. That is just rediculous... $575??? Sorry, but I'll stick with my modded original XBOX thanks! I'll buy one once they've been hacked and the price has dropped.
  14. @Maleko.. what are app is that thats allowing you to access the cmd line like that? And transparency... woooot! lol
  15. I also only use paint for posting screen shots to save to file. Used Paint .Net before format, havent really needed it though so I havent reinstalled it.
  16. I saw one of these beauties in person this past weekend an an Italian Car Show here in my hometown. Absolutely amazing cars... all models, just look like they dropped out of a video game. BTW, 9 MPG highway 15 MPG city. 1 quart of Lamborghini oil = $70 Guess if ya got the money for the car then the upkeep should be no prob lol

    I agree... gas is INSANE!
  18. Completly disagree... NASA and their endeavors and experience is the FUTURE of mankind, get with it man. About the coffee, gotta have at least one cup in the morning to fire the brain up... what would the world be like if we performed like those spiders when on caffine? LOL
  19. Hahaha... great one, I'll be thinkin' about that next time I'm pouring down drinks. LOL
  20. C'mon now... jack and coke or jack and pepsi?? Coke is great... wish I had some of the orginal cans
  21. Google is the cream of the crop of search engines for me. I've tried em all, but resolve to Google for anything I need to know now from spelling woes to space travel. Fast, realiable, up to date, not cluttered. Google is king!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. The 'Internet' is the archeologist. I don't believe there will ever be a point when everything will be "offline". Not untill the sun comsumes the Earth or we all kill eachother and cannot maintain the servers anymore.
