myself I build my own computer I like to select what is right for my needs not let some corporation tell me what my needs are, besides if you buy off the shelf most are properity meaning if something goes wrong you have to buy that manifactur part often at a inflated price. is there a prog with a nice gui and easy to use to extract cab,edit,and repackage? Are all cab created equal? What I mean by that the % of compression. And if so is there a properties to find the compression rate so it will be repackaged the same?

OK thanx 1 more question for now, my HD when a virgin was 120 gig after I format the size went to 112 gig. OK I can do a LLF and rewrite everything back to 0 the true size still wont display even before format what can I do to get the true size back or is all lost?
