try using other memory. i had kind of the same problems with my pc till i change my memory.

if u have a cpu with 266 fsb the mobo will function at the same fsb. better check with your mobo's manual.

try downloading the patches in german and then install them.

i choose acronis cause that's what i use. but is not a fair poll only with 2 choices.... u should add also norton ghost, paragon software I think is also making some.....etc....

like i said that solved my problem. u can try it. go to a friend with a stronger psu and see what's up.....

i had the same problem few months ago. my onboard nvidia ethernet controller was randomlly closing. was anyhow time for an upgrade and i changed the psu with a 480w one. since then i did not have any problems.

i do it this way copy xpcd to hard drive. open nlite and slipstream sp2 then xpize plus RyanVM's pack. then close nlite and add 1.2.2b with everything in it. then open nlite remove what i want except wmp9 and wmp6.4 (very important), and unnatended and reg tweaks. then just before making the iso i leave nlite open and run wmp10 slipstreamer. add my pack and reg entries. after this make iso and try it first time to virtual machine. then burn it to a cd-rw and install on my real machine.....

omega driver are the same drivers but modded being considered to improve performance in games and other applications. as long as i know they appear after this, some times after long time.....
