    r u kidding? xp runs smoothly on 32mb ram machine????? i have my xp nlited(180mb iso) and i run it on an athlon 64 machine with 1 gb ram and sometimes still runs slow......

    sorry mate but it seems that your cdrom is broken and cant read properly the cd's....

    try to conect that drive on your second sata channel and boot from 120 one. other idea is to update your mainboard bios cause maybe it does not support your new drive...

    i use picozip. unpack the cab make the modifications i want and then pack it with picozip.

    slipstream sp2, postsp2 hotfixes, drivers and remove bloat into xpcd usin' nlite. u can format many times. usually somthing like few tenths thousand times....
