That was clear, but from what they tell, looks like the patch is intended to be applied only to 138+. Who would write a patch for the old 132, while we are at 140+ already?

Isn't the minimum requirement chromium 138? https://www.securityweek.com/chrome-138-update-patches-zero-day-vulnerability/

By whose definition? I'm pretty sure they did a research among the testers during the beta. -

Totally right, interesting observation! "It was dropped in Beta 1 (Build 5112) of Vista for all errors except boot loader errors. It can also be found (but rarely) in early builds of Windows 98, even when it was known as codename "Memphis", because these early builds have poor/broken ACPI support." https://www.betaarchive.com/wiki/index.php?title=Windows_crash_screens -

https://win32subsystem.live is down completely, inaccessible at all. If I click "ignore and go to non-secure http", nothing happens at all. Empty. Could be due to yet another malware strike? https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/issues/1481

Yep, but the old, based on 85, works on XP, at least on my testing PC with XP64. Probably, they will soon drop 7 completely, too.

Define "good". You mean those that can intentionally damage eyesight to help with ignoring illiteracy? BTW, you can switch on spelling check in Chrome. -
I tend to disagree. https://github.com/e3kskoy7wqk/Chromium-for-windows-7/issues/55#issuecomment-2966015829
