  1. I said irrelevant to my question, not the whole topic. @Sampei.Nihira simply avoids answering by switching the topic. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186450-firefox-a-promised-land-of-privacy-that-never-happened-look-elsewhere-unless-youre-a-coder-with-the-ability-to-stop-the-enormous-data-mining/?do=findComment&comment=1272456
  2. @Sampei.Nihira, in your casually misleading post you implied that everything can be tuned up in about:config. I contradicted with an article from experts. We are waiting for the answer, or you you'll just ignore, as usual? https://msfn.org/board/topic/186450-firefox-a-promised-land-of-privacy-that-never-happened-look-elsewhere-unless-youre-a-coder-with-the-ability-to-stop-the-enormous-data-mining/?do=findComment&comment=1272449
  3. Great post, sorry I'm out of reactions for today, I'll do it tomorrow. I like what you write, it's honest and unbiased. To me, it seems too much of a hassle to make Firefox even remotely private.
  4. Not true, as usual. "Was NOT able to find a way to disable this, even in about:config." "Automatic connections to some websites you've visited, including their trackers Websites you visit most often are added to the New Tab panel. When you then open a new tab, Firefox will sometimes make requests to the sites in there, including some of their trackers. I haven't determined how it works yet. Sometimes it doesn't make the requests at all; other times you end up with hundreds of images, scripts, trackers, etc. loaded simply because you opened a new tab (without visiting any website explicitly). Was NOT able to find a way to disable this, even in about:config." Original article.
  5. Intel Core i5-9300H doesn't look impressive, with a very average performance in benchmarks. Not far above the cheap and old 2017 Pentium G4620. Intel Pentium G4620 (78%) Intel Core i5-9300H (100%) https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/compare_cpu-intel_pentium_g4620-vs-intel_core_i5_9300h I wish I could suggest something more interesting for this year...
  6. Proof please, Videos, screenshots.
  7. I'm glad I never used Telegram, the name sounded very awkward for me, even though I'm not a native English speaker.
  8. Of course! There's a lot @Sampei.Nihira doesn't tell us here, or tells wrong. Now. we can only wonder why, does he simply entertain himself on MSFN? "Obviously MV3 has reduced performance." https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/issues/797#issuecomment-2295708131
  9. The imgur image from a random member also *DOES* show up for me. It's something only related to that member @Sampei.Nihira. As usual, from CentBrowser. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186133-thorium/?do=findComment&comment=1270936
  10. I took some time to "study" (lol) your conclusion, and it's wrong. Let me explain why, the user wrote "I took this screenshot from the VLC website". The user didn't upload it to MSFN. Original post. https://msfn.org/board/topic/182166-vlc-media-player-3011-ui/?do=findComment&comment=1192102 And then the user included the link to the image. https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https://dl1.cbsistatic.com/i/2018/02/06/ec08c383-0c91-49f9-a77d-b27640193516/fceb1d5c9017bfba1b492df481699ada/foreman130894121919vlc2.jpg&f=1&nofb=1 My theory, MSFN blocks suspicious links and attachments from suspicious users. The other explanation, uBlock Lite works very bad.
  11. Other users' images (including imgur) work fine. It's only images from that user, and sometimes Vistalover.
  12. As people here say, I don't see "admin" by your account. I don't post off-topic since I used uBlock Lite on CentBrowser. So tune down a bit, will ya?
  13. You're utterly rude, it's you who need to study how to behave yourself with people, especially women. I didn't "completely change my opinion about uBlock origin Lite". It tells how you don't pay attention to what people write. I specifically wrote I'm trying out "A new version of Adblock "lite"". To see if there are any improvements over the one I tried. Only because you asked to! "Too bad that no member of the English-speaking forum has the curiosity to try the extension." https://msfn.org/board/topic/183974-ublock-origin-lite-mv3-vs-adguard-mv3-chromium-extensions/?do=findComment&comment=1270782 I'm no longer interested, please don't disturb me with doing favours for your testings.
  14. Thank you, fixed it. And your word is misspelt.
  15. Please post constructive suggestions (like @NotHereToPlayGames does), otherwise I'm going to block your spammy interventions and the account you post from. Here's another example of non-working attachments (not related to your dubious hosting). Please no fantasy related explanations, Again, I'm using Adblock Lite you advised to use earlier,
  16. No, I don't block anything. I try to use the software that user @Sampei.Nihirasuggested. A new vesion of Adblock "lite".
  17. I've had unpleasant experiences dealing with custom themes.
  18. At the same time, no problems with other users' posts. Just a random example from Dietmar's topic. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186413-xp-on-the-asrock-n100dc-itx/ All works fine.
  19. Your attachments are blocked, probably by the forum security software because they think you're a spammer?
  20. Thanks! How do I change the white background colour in folders?
  21. Of course it's not! @Sampei.Nihira would've needed to compare to Brave with its native adblocker.
  22. GPU-Z also says it supports DirectX12 on Vista?! Really? It's great, then!
