360 Extreme Explorer Modified Version
Milkinis replied to Humming Owl's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
I can't remember seeing chrome with the title bar but I also like it better and tabs can be moved up and down too. Firefox unfortunately tends to copy chrome mistakes as far as UI goes. the Supermium 121 XP backport takes up a lot of RAM maybe someone will need to rebase some dll files.- 2,321 replies

''Dirty corporations and Hindu-managers are trying to deprive the many users of all the benefits that were created by technically more advanced people than them.'' Mozilla and Brave are not owned by indians just to name a couple of them. although I agree to some extenct

I think the 360 loader handles the RAM usage better than chrome.exe so the browsing feels faster. only drawback is that when it reaches just about 90% of RAM the active tabs will crash or try to switch to IE. maybe it's just an issue on my side because I have recently had over 100 tabs open at a time...

just in time. we have a new browser that supports MV3 extensions while google is about to dump the legacy chrome web store 360 chrome served me well for a long while now, it's significantly faster and doesn't stuggle like Serpent and the other sluggish variants

Chrome 115 working on Windows XP 32 bit
Milkinis replied to sparty411's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
sometimes when I launch the browser an error prompt pops up but the browser works fine (C:\......TEMP\360Loader\regedit\backup1\backup-11.reg error...) I can't remember what is the regedit string for the 360chrome browser so I can delete and reset it. -

Chromium 115 for Windows XP without One Core Api

I personally don't use the W10 user agent string otherwise the website makers will inject more anti-XP code. anyway I don't think I miss anything out because when a website is broken it won't work with eirther UA's -

Milkinis replied to sparty411's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
M$ owns github. it's up to them to decide whether WinXP is abandonware or not. the latest release 2.7 has 3 times as much security vendors as the porevious release 2.5 https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/875bcac02aaad8547c48a2d38436ed62607a317c7a9407384550fe0606268ad4 -

Chrome 115 working on Windows XP 32 bit
Milkinis replied to sparty411's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
I can't replicate this here because you are using Win10 and maybe unsigned files go undetected in fact HitmanPro will not detect anything if one doesn't launch the browser before. as for the FALSE POSITIVES this crap is full of trojans as per Virus Total despite the autor and other people thinking otherwise https://github.com/Endermanch/XPKeygen -

delete that 360chrome folder, unzip it again, launch the browser and rescan it back
