It's been awhile since I looked at this thread (but I'm on the 1030 now) so Integrated graphics are an emergency backup for me now

ive given up older versions of windows as well because of issues like this (and how hard it is to use them now) its been a hard battle but it looks like the battle is over and microsoft has won out now (by domination)

windows 12 apparently already has a code name (Hudson Valley) https://winaero.com/hudson-valley-appears-to-be-the-windows-12-codename/amp/

if you want newer more secure browsers windows 10/11/12 will someday be the only options (I put windows 12 as It could eventually be another option) (or switch to linux full time)

ltsc is nice but does not seem to work very well with my gpu (the gpu gets hot and runs really fast) even for an already overclocked gpu 10 should not do that)

I would not be surprised if windows 11 got until 2040 at least (with extended support if that happens at all)

the city I live in just recently started there own recycling program called the keep the city beautifull campaign and you can buy city label trash cans and recycling tubs to use for taking out recycling and trash it's a really nice program

I can also confirm that firefox 111 also work with the extended Kernal (using mina7601s os spoof fix)

I tried using server 2008 at one point and it worked pretty well accept for that it was a server version so I could not play several games on it and it got so frustrating that I went back to normal windows and never touched server versions ever again (if you need a good is the best option is non server varients of windows)

good so firefox should run fine on windows 7/8 for a while now (plus on the extended kernel for at least until next year)

it is a great project! it even got a new release this year

this is terrible news hopefully some van come up a windows 7/8 extended kernal type thing to keep modern programs going (and minecraft will probably be next)

I'm on season 2 at the moment (it's a very good show)

today I tried to install the modified vista nvidia driver from the extended kernal website and disabled integrity checks and it still gets stuck at the vista orb and is just stuck there not doing anything I would really like to get my gpu working on vista and it would be much appreciated if someone could help with this-god bless

I'm trying it again with a full up to date iso (with all updates to 2017 plus the extended kernal integrated)

I'm on 64bit vista now (its more compatible)
