    Thanks! But now only black screen and nothing. I had the same issue with Elden ring, black screen and only music in the menu (I could hear the clicking). Platfrom update installed! Ideas?

    Yes, but I don't notice any real world difference on either of my 8TB drives with Vista. It's fast regardless of the setting.

    From what I read elsewhere, RTX2060 seems to be the bare minimum for that software. Of course we would like to try it regardless and help you! So attach screenshots and the exact error message.

    It might be long gone now or blocked, they demand a "special checking procedure"! It includes more if your personal data to be collected, and another check for your phone/location, also a payment and a "verification", so I refused.

    For me, ESET never was, not only it marked legit copy protection game files as "viruses", it also deleted important files on my XP pc and put them to "quarantine" forever, I was not surprised to see it still does! To be fair, I gave it a chance in the past. I remember, I even lost my online registration for the DVD check of Sacred 2 (based on securom). As for your OT question, I fail to understand, why would you be interested, if you discarded ESET anyway? I could only guess, but If you want to be recruited or renew some previous pre-1991 arrangements, I'm sure there's no need to go to Bratislava, and I'm definitely not the one to talk to!     I see, I have a question, what made you use non-win32 installer in the first place? And what does Bizzbob have to say? Perhaps ask him in his topic then? Aand If I were you, I'd try a clean install of Vista + the installer by win32. It worked fine for me, always!

    For me it always detected Sacred 2 Securom files as "virus", I couldn't play anything securom or starforce! (game copy protections) So I uninstalled it, also not without troubles, I had to use a special uninstaller!
