Much is written about the importance of applying thermal paste. The last computer I bought new was in 2000 year, a IBM Net Vista A-20 (Pentium III) From factory it came without contact paste. In practice I don't usually put thermal paste on any computer that will support a possible faster processor change in the future. In tests I have only noticed a maximum increase of 3º centigrade with or without pasta. I do not know if any part of the processor will suffer from my unconsciousness. poor thing, I am very sorry!

The portable version saves the configuration in its own directory. So you can have another version with installer. You can actually install multiple versions in multiple folders but they share settings. If you do not want to share configuration it is ideal to use portable versions in different directories.

When I went to check the paste, the plastic that holds the closure has broken so I have changed the fan and heatsink.
