After formatting as MBR on Windows 10 I have removed the disc from the box. So I make an NTFS partition less than 2TB, leave the rest of the drive unpartitioned, and plug the drive into Windows XP. But the drive letter is still not recognized on Windows XP. In file explorer the drive does not appear. It doesn't show up in disk management either (on windows 2000 it shows up but says unreadable). In device manager the drive is perfectly installed. On eject hardware the drive appears. If I try to assign a drive letter with Partition Wizard it doesn't work and also tells me that the size is only 2Tb, instead of 5TB.
