  1. Thanks Tangy but had already performed the above steps. It just seems to work for Firefox, Basilisk still does not activate. Also thanks for the browser download site. It is now in favorites for future reference.
  2. I just tried Basilisk 52 and everything moved over well. (Thanks Mathwiz) Like instructed some extensions had to be reinstalled. However avast passwords will not work and that is what I wanted most. It installs fine but when clicked says it needs to be activated. Any ideas? Also where does one get version 55 stated by Sal?
  3. I already use New Moon and Mypal. A lot of my extensions are not available for either. I will try Mathwiz's suggestions for moving everything from Firefox to Basilisk. Thanks everyone for your suggestions!
  4. Is there anyway to import plugins, extensions, etc. used in Firefox esr52 to Basilisk? I know you can import favorites and most plugins are just there but would like some easy way to get my extensions moved over. Maybe move my whole profile on Firefox over to Basilisk ? I think it might be time to abandon Firefox and go to Basilisk because it is updated regularly. Thanks!!
  5. Watching on Mypal. A Very Happy Camper!
  6. Well good news! I retried all my previous fixes. Then tried Firefox like you suggested and got Netflix working again. The funny part is that now Netflix works on Mypal and New Moon as well. Go Figure!
  7. Getting digital rights management (DRM) Error when trying to play Netflix videos. This problem just started (only on XP). Getting it on both New Moon and My pal browsers. Have tried the following fixes...... Clear Browser, Close Browser, Netflix sign out then sign in again. Restart computer. Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight. Click on Microsoft Sliverlight and clear application storage. Make sure appropriate checks are in place. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PlayReady Right click on the "mspr.hds" file and choose Delete C:\Documents and Settings\Brian MacCallum\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Silverlight Right click on the "is" folder and choose Delete Nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
  8. MyPal 28.0.1 uses same method as my builds do, so please check if your statement still applies. Sorry to confirm but, this same Twitter video clip´s audio plays back fine with MyPal, latest version from yesterday, portable installation, but it plays back distorted with your latest build, portable installation too. Just trying to help: For the distorted sound on the video using New Moon. I found that User agent was set to 'Native' and just needed to be set to "Firefox Compatibility".
  9. MyPal Browser has now been updated.....v28.0.1 Big thank-you to Feodor2
  10. Appreciate the input!!!
  11. No opinions? Well then I guess I will use both as they seem to work well together. If anyone as had a problem with avast antivirus using 100% of cpu's (avastUI.exe) on XP. I have a solution. Also have a fix for "find target" that got broken in the PosReady 2009 updates. And so far once fixed the updates don't break it. Many thanks for the information I have learned over the years and applied from this forum!!!! XP is the BEST!
  12. Just wondering if Mypal v27.9.4 browser is still going to be updated? (or) Should I shift to Roytam1's PM v28.1.0a1 version.
