  1. Both seem to work fine. Only real advantage I see for Pro is to connect to a Domain network. P2P works fine in Home...

  3. So they are saying that if the product goes - End of Life - meaning it has been replaced by a newer product, the warranty is then void. That's lame...but very common I guess...
  4. Hey, I checked the website and you did a good job. Very easy to navigate and use.
  5. I don't mean to be a downer but the Dell BIOS has now way to overclock. the MBs are Intel but the bios is written by Dell w/o all the tweaks that retail MBs/bios have. and really, if you are paying that much for a system that has a warranty...why void it within the first days of ownership?

  9. Boot to a windows 98 startup disk and you should be able to format from there. If not blow the partitions out using fdisk from the same floppy, rebuild the partitions and then format.

  16. I may have missed it but I'm guessing you are running an NVidia based card...and I believe you will need to run the, uh, 43.45? Detonator drivers at least...

  18. I have seen an article that was posted by MS saying that one of their updates could cause that type issue. They have released another update or patch to correct that particular issue. check the Windows Updates page...

    Any you studs help with this one on Windows XP? I've found lot's of info for Win 2k and no it should be somewhat the same but... STOP: 0x00000076 Process has locked pages.... It's happening when trying to burn a purchased music cd. Could copy protection cause this to happen?

  23. I've personally never seen it cause reboots. Doesn't mean it can't happen tho...NAV is normally pretty solid. Anything else changed besides that?
