    Hi all

    Hi DL
  2. Hi Liveengineer, Well you can find Knowledge here and/or be directed to where will find what you need. Welcome to MSFN. DL
  3. Hi moving_in_the_dark, Sounds like you are already familiar with things here. So you know where to go. Welcome to MSFN. DL
  4. Hi superdogg, Several forums including general. Maybe you can find a cure for what ails you? Welcome aboard MSFN. DL
  5. Hi Wassim, Always looking for constructive upheavels. DL
  6. Hi Chimera, Find the correct forum and you probably will. DL
  7. I think you will. Welcome to MSFN. DL
  8. Hi starforce. I see you are from the David quadrant of the galaxy. Welcome aboard the intergalactic ship MSFN. DL
  9. I've been hanging around here for a year now. I would be willing to purchase a mail box. I spend more time at MSFN than I do anywhere else, so I would be just as well off checking my email here. Home is where you put up a mailbox. What is the big deal about the amount of storage an email server would have for you? It would seem to me that 2 Gigs of space would be nothing for the most part on a HDD but 2 Gigs x 100 or 200 accounts gets to be a significant number. Just a question. I have seen where different companies advertise so much space and it never made much sense to me. The only part I could see being important would be if someone were to send you a large file attachment and there were a limit on email size. Could you have one account and two mailboxes? Such as one for DL (me) and another that I might want in another name? Filtering would be good. Good idea Martin. DL
  10. Does this help? Link DL
  11. So Ebay/Paypal cancelled the transaction and kept the transaction fee. There has got to be a bad word for that. Sounds illegal and immoral also. DL
  12. Goofy is after Pluto, correct? DL
  13. It's possible that lightning could have caused the accident but the aircraft are built to take some lightning strikes. Besides, wouldn't the Farraday cage effect be in effect here? Either way, it will be months and months before there is an official statement on what caused the accident. DL
  14. That will be argued over their size. Some are saying Pluto isn't a planet because it is to small and is part of the Van Oort (sp?) belt or some such. And seeing they are finding more and more galaxies and now they are finding planets around other suns. Wouldn't it be wonderful to look out a window and do a fly by of some of these places. <Sigh> Not in my lifetime. Closest thing I might have is a slim chance at is to burp out of the atmosphere on something like Spaceship 1. I look at the pictures that are produced by Hubble and other telescopes and the sky just goes on and on and on. Point in almost any direction and there is stuff there and there is more stuff behind that. <sigh> Then I get a grip and realize that the pictures are enhansed, manipulated, taken in a different spectrum and if you were there, you would really be in the middle of nowhere because the stuff is so, so far apart. I read somewhere that when two gallaxies collide and rip each other apart that virtually nothing touches because the empty space is so great. DL
  15. A range of shades in one color but not just one shade. Light green from a bit of yellow to a richer green which I refer to as spring grass green.. At the same time, I can't stand olive. Darker colors I only like if they have depth to them like a really nice paint job on a car. DL
  16. The right person sees that and it will be a webpage. DL
  17. Sounds perfectly normal. Any goverment policy when you try to explain it the way they want you to understand it comes out that way. It never makes any sense. DL
  18. Only ever played one game. For about a year and a half. Dark Ages of Camelot ( + expansion packs= Shrouded Isle and Trials of Atlantis ) Wasted many hours. DL

  21. @albator- Cool. Nice sight. @Lost Soul, Mixed post, I think. DL
  22. I agree will all the above comments. I'm not a tech or IT but wandered in here looking for a solution to a problem. I found the solution, which was great but I also found the forum. I spend a lot of time reading what others have written. I learn a little ( slow on the uptake ) and it is fascinating to watch something grow. The people who create, the people who help, projects merge ........ How the forums are handled and that is more than just professionally. There is a great sense of community and generosity. That comes from the top down. Situations are handled crisply, cleanly, firmly and fairly. Ect...... Addicting isn't a fair word really. I am drawn to the community. You can like a forum because your pals are there but at msfn, the only word that fits is community. Look at where people are from. Everywhere! And they are all from one place. MSFN. DL
  23. Hi Gayle A. Welcome to MSFN. You can try posting your question in this forum. DL
  24. After I 'feel' like I have to many, I just save them to a storage folder. They usually don't get looked at again. DL
