I saw a funny thing on TV. A danish woman living in New York said the following (translated): I was scared as hell! I thought it was a terrorist attack, luckily I a later found out that wasen't true. I have a small stash of around 500$ in case of terror, you gotta have that these days. So the first thing I did as I got of work was to tun to then nearest store to get the most important grosseries: Water and Tuna!! Yes, more internet speed for you and less for windows! ... The lame thing is that Windows rarely uses the 20% that it grabs! Its only for Windws Update, Codec downloads and the wast amount of backdoors MS have installed ... So its basicly worthless to the poweruser! ... My cable conection was limite once, to 4000MB/month and it wasen't exactly handy when I was siting with 5MB left and a week to the next refill and Windows decided to download the last and greatest compiliation of windows updates! Viola! Closed conection for a week! Brilliant!

No, as far as know the absolut minimum requirement is a DirectX 7.0 Graphics card. There will be 2 graphic "levels", Tier 1 which, as you say, needs DirectX 9.0 to run and Tier 2 which survives on DirectX 7.0.

This sets how much bandwidth i reserved for windows. So Windows basicly steals 20% of your internet bandwidth!!

If you have Photoshop you could try using the web galery feature. It does, however, create a seperate page for each image, so its not exactly what you're askin for, I know. Anyway, if you wanna try, its done this way: Select the following: File --> Automate --> Web Photo Gallery And then, fill in the blanks

My fave must be Photoshop 7 ... Filled with features, well structured interface and extremely stable! I can't wait until Photshop 8 comes around! ... Its bound to be a godlike app! :excited:
