Well, If you're thinking about running in sync the correct would be: CPU: 533mhz / 4 = 133mhz Ram: 133mhz x 2 = 266mhz CPU: 666mhz / 4 = 166mhz Ram: 166mhz x 2 = 333mhz CPU: 800mhz / 4 = 200mhz Ram: 200mhz x 2 = 400mhz So ya! A 533 FSB P4 would run in sync with DDR266 ram!

When you install the sounds drivers, is it after having done a clean install of Windows? and with the Liveware ... do you get blue during install or when you try to run the installed program?

Does the boxes say anything or are they just "yellowsign" boxes? If they're just yellowsign boxes it can be almost imposible to say whats causing them. So the best advice I can give you is to uninstall stuff that you installed recently and update Windows. If nothing works the solution is a Windows reinstall (I'd bet you were kinda counting on getting that answer huu?) ... Sorry for the crapy response ...
