  1. I believe once the list shows up, you can right-click them and press remove or press delete on your keyboard.
  2. Make sure your router is set to Keep Alive and not Connect On-Demand... It should be on the main setup page.
  3. Use Smoothwall... Its probably the easiest to setup and use!
  4. *Goes out to buy an iMac.* FINALLY!!! Actually, I'll wait until Leopard comes out, then we'll have all the goodies. Maybe even the virtualization software will be out by then... Also, rumors have been floating around the net saying that Leopard will probably be Apple's last (YES, LAST) operating system and let Microsoft win the OS wars, leaving Apple to develop new and better hardware... Only a rumor, but kind of hard to believe... I don't think Steve Jobs would let this happen, even with this new technology letting users dual-boot Mac OS and Windows...
  5. Yes and no... The CD checks to see if you're actually installing the OEM version of XP on a Dell.
  6. Tisk. Tisk. Tisk. [ Closed. ]
  7. Don't worry, this is in the right forum. You'd probably end up frying one of your drives when doing that. I believe Windows XP does not support Hot Swapping of physical drives.
  8. LOL! Nice one, made me think of good old tech support!
  9. Why would you want to do this?
  10. That is VERY scary... Back in the day of Windows 3.x...
  11. Ditto that. You sent your mobo to mobo heaven...
  12. You downloaded a copy, eh? [ Closed. ]

  14. "only while supplies last" usually means that Microsoft has like a gazillion of them left!
  15. Nice find. Put a smile on my face!

  19. IT'S "IT'S" gamehead! Sorry, I just couldn't resist.................. Quiet... I missed the apostrophe...
  20. The "patched" file only allows more than 10 half-open connections. It has nothing to do with how many users can concurrently connect to a single share. This is limited to 10 connections per share on Windows XP (Home, Pro or otherwise). I'm assuming Hamachi is basically just setting up a VPN tunnel? If this is the case, can it be setup on a "permanent" basis (i.e. run as a service)? Yes, see this topic: http://forums.hamachi.cc/viewtopic.php?t=5439
  21. Maketorrent will help you make a working torrent: http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/torrent/maketorrent/
  22. Mine's pretty blah... Wallpaper: My grade, Class of '06 Visual Style: Metallic Shades Can you find me in the picture?
  23. Have you tried creating a new account? The problem may only lie in the user's registry (NTUSER.DAT), not the computer's. Also, have you tried hitting F8 when your computer boots and choosing to boot from the "Last Known Good Configuration"? If that didn't work, well, I think the only choice you have is to reformat. Anyone have any other ideas?
  24. Install the 1.0 BETA. Has more features and a bit less buggy. Well, not this build anyway... Alex (the creator) is trying to figure out what's causing all the problems. I'm running 1.0.0.46 and haven't had any problems so far. http://files.hamachi.cc/priv/HamachiSetup-1.0.0.47-en.exe
