Your server must have wildcards enabled in order for this to work. For example, on my home server, I am running virtual hosts, so therefore I have the following: ServerAlias *.mydomain.com ServerName mydomain.com * is a wildcard.

It depends on what kinds of scripts you'll be using. I believe you can run the scripts by command-line: C:\PHP\php.exe myscript.php I may be wrong...

Yes! Never put your burner and your main HD on the same IDE port (data cable). Cheers This is a stupid question... Why? I have my main HD and my CD-RW drive on the first IDE cable and a second HD and my DVD+-RW drive on the second cable... No problems of any kind have occurred. (I have two burners because my DVD drive has problems burning CDs sometimes... DVDs burn fine.)

Easiest way? Cut him off and tell him to get his own DSL.

Set up Hamachi ( http://www.hamachi.cc ) on both computers, create a network on one computer and add your other computer to the created network, open iTunes on the computer that has your music and make sure sharing is on. Go on your remote computer, open iTunes, and the shared music from the other computer should show up. This is an almost-no-setup-needed VPN. No ports have to be opened since it is UDP-based. I use it on all of my computers. When I'm at school and need to access one of my other computers, I just put in the Hamachi IP address of the computer I want to access and it works!!

I have the same configuration, except mine goes on at 7AM... Any earlier is too early... I use the system startup beep as my alarm clock sometimes!

My bet is that the tech guy took one of the phone ports in his box and connected it to the main line (which usually goes into the house) which gets split up to all the connections in the house.

Companies advertise 256MB as around 256,000,000B, which is not correct. 256,000,000B is approximately 244MB... You can't regain the space because it does not exist.
