  4. cheers for info digerati i'd been using pecompact student edition to compress things like filezilla.exe and all standalone exe's that i have (some are .net or already compressed so dont work) but it saves a lot of space on hard drive! ie filezilla is now 509kb, then xp file compression takes it down to 505ish
  5. http://images.google.co.uk/images?svnum=10...amp;btnG=Search look at some of them, they're the original one
  6. on my test pc, i have sfc off and i just copied it into system32 folder on live system and restarted and it worked no problem

  9. windows explorer, tools, folder options, file types go to the filetype, manually select icon they're in C:\windows\xpize\FileTypeIcons -edit, what do you mean by the display settings picture?
  10. my all/none buttons are like rougespears too when i resize the window, the two buttons stay in the same place and i can't get them to not overlap.. 1280x1024 res does it with windows classic theme too -stop harrasing each other about version names, does it bother you what another user says that much?

  13. bledd replied to Pgase's topic in XPize
    pink?
  14. lol, all this controversy over a logon
  15. do you need to run setups? would it work if you installed it on another pc first, then copied the files from the Programfiles directory to yours.. by the way, no need for powerdvd, use media player classic, much smaller, and much quicker to load! i see you're using xables post sp2 update pack, thats probably causing problems since you don't have SP2 installed..!
  16. by the way, you can attatch files directly into posts, look in reply screen at the bottom tick the 'dont add last session.ini file to the cd' in the options section, might be causing the bigger filesize
