Just tried VistaPack2000 on a W2K-AdvSvr and looks "great .....*Question=i am "Wondering ?"...if 98SE Creators at MSFN could create a VistaPack98SE -similar for Uberskin Use?????? for 98SE...***Bet , Tihiy (with some Artistic-Creative help from"Th3 uN1Qu3") could do it ! ! ! hmmmmm.....

i wonder what would "happen" ?;if ,W2K or Win95 was added to the equasion of your"network"?and how large is thee Hdd for your "Vista"Host Drive?*As i may try in near "future" !

Owner -If you "Own the P.C. and the CDROM/and Key its in your Property;Usage Rights and the Key could be "Leased Legally"<Carefully!!!>,depending on "How" the O.S. Software was/is, acquired/received,whether as a "Gift" or "Previously Installed By a Close Relative/Friend" or purchased at a "GarageSale"??? Slim=WMP6.4/or WMP7 media player with all WMP9CodecsFiles would be better than WMP9(slimmed down);*DeepBurner(Slim install) works with these if needed! Slimming down hurts effects of original program: Try to find a backup HardDrive 500mb(or larger) will do:and put your programs install folders on that drive =saves space and helps with re-installs too!***This works as i have 1.3gb used and 2.7gb free space on c:(Primary 4gb-Harddrive); and @ 1gb used space on another HDD/with 1.2gb total space on this d:(Secondary 1.2gb-Harddrive)*AutoPatcher98 and WindowsMedia Player10 all run from d:drive just fine and re-install is abreeze!

Try adding/downloading Adobe Media Player and then re-install Newest Flash Update/Shockwave11 from Adobe Site ,then Pray ...this worked on my W2K Adv.Srv Edition

Installed Nero 7-OEM CDROM-"never ending lifetime-subscription version ";then downloaded Adobe Air and Adobe MediaPlayer with newest FlashPlayer for W2K O.S.'s and then tried to use them :no desktop ...no files available ...no nothin' right after "Re-boot!"????Cannot use "uninstall as messes up whole W2KSystem Infrastructure and leaves a useless and shell-less W2K for some reason . Without Internet Connection Too! ****What would cause this??? *Compatability Issues or ??? When you said ALI ,that answers my MoBo question?Tough going with that as i know!-Try different than Intel Pro Drivers ! Use closest you can find in another flavor driver as my Intel Embedded 10/100 Ethernet Card uses Qwest(I.S.P.-carrier) Modem driver with a NetworkEverywhereEthernetCard driver for 98SE from my floppy install disk and it could go wireless if possible in near future or possibly use Router too. I agree as my 1999ViaApollo-(MVP3-HOT ShuttleMoBo) @233mhz -Intel233MMX flies as well at 64mb/Ram....*just some boards are better than others in durability and endurance!<and last forever >Is there a Generic 10/100ethernet driver in forums???

Miss RP7's functionality of its Program.exe and smooth overlaying when it installs,as it self-serviced Win98se into a different and unique fully-functional O.S. entirely....it will be hard to beat.....though should be techically possible WE Hope!!!....Newest Kex and other work in 9X-forums may well be a Better and More Stable O.S. than even M.S. could create ??? hmmmm it's up to us to keep 98SE movin' into 2009 and beyond !***Keep the 98SE basic flavors which makes it 98SE,but add mostly functions not normally native to 98SE to compete with Vista and newer O.S.'s<"Possibly call it 98 (T.S.)Edition???">

This sounds like a internal driver/function error in MoBo area?If it's shakin' things up that bad?It only takes "one"bad symbol in code process and it 'causes a lotta problems-"GOOD LUCK...hope it recovers soon Checkout newest Topic about fixed DX3....etc,etc it's interestin' though

You can ReRun Auto-Patcher as often as Necessary(i run it 2x-weekly to keep files on 98SE from getting corrupted!) as it helps with any incomplete files....***Maybe try to defrag Hdd drive to be sure files are not too fragmented as this happens on my 98SE and W2k on same Hdd with a 1mb safety partition between the different Operating Systems...*FindeXer=Never heard of this but will check out it at it's download site. ***Checked it out -it's still in Developement stages=Version1.1/update#3 and not yet classed as Final or ReleaseCandidate so it may need some "self-tweaking" to work correct on your 98SE!<If it'll work on 98SE?>-This is for XP ONLY if i understand the readme files correctly?

COOL-These Add functionality to Kex0.3.5 and some other apps i added to 98SE from my W2K Adv Srv Editon(IE6sp1/Iexplore cruzin better too....hmmmmm...looks fixed for now!?)*MSN Messenger has sound and video now as this was not before possible..... Nice toys ,TOO!-Careful of adware at Download Site,as it caused a shutdown in IE6sp1 until i installed your files then all was OKAY!

Today all is/was okay with IE6sp1 and Opera for now yet on Sunday a.m. hours traffic on net is slow anyway so it's hard to judge messengers crash times too?Will try FireFox2-version16 today later as it has not crashed yet in a month.

Do you want Win95-OEM "C" info or another install such as Win95 "B",or "A".............as i've already overformatted a Clean older Win95"A" Floppy Disk install with Win95"C"-OEM/CDROM (accidentally...of course!!!)and lost the original 95"A"system files and floppies too!; on my Windows Hdd of older system files for now...... ***i do have Win3.0-on old 5.25 floppies or Win3.1-on 5.25 floppies and 1.44mb/3.5 new floppy install disks ???

I've been having same crashes with *IE6sp1 and Iexplore with msn messenger and/or yahoo messenger installed on 2 totally different MoBo's ...changed to OPERA 9.27 as suggested and same results!!! i Me thinks it's not in da browser ,but the websites themselves??? Win98SE and W2K AdvSrv are systems running now on MoBo's with messenger problems......

Shockwave 11 and Adobe Reader 8.1.2***RUNS GREAT on W2K (Win2000) AdvancedServer on an old MoBo with PIII-500mhz+256mb/sdram at that!!! ***Win98SE below 256mb/ram cannot support Shockwave above 10.2.0.23 nor above Adobe Reader 6.1...Yet. Careful which flash player you use too!!!Auto-patcher installs work best for that though....
