As said, already reported. It looks as if the flag images are simply missing, everything else is working. Perhaps they come from an external server which is down at the moment.

insecure connection on MSFN ... if cloudflare is not blocked somehow (noscript) then it will show "insecure" connection. cloudflare and other ECC certificates are not supported in win xp. in v12 and v13 360chrome versions that results in a red https padlock. v11 360chrome will present a green padlock but connection remains "insecure". it is just hidden by the browser so the user feels safe. test : https://www.cloudflare.com no certificate updates will solve that.

Oh, I just really liked the quote from George and up-voted it. I know, under some Communist regimes the mentally ill were killed off, as well as other things they deemed to be defective or harmful to their "cause". Yeah, at least, here, I"m able to live on my own and sustain a (somewhat) independent existence , but, sadly (and I hate to say it), some of those programs we have could go away if the pendulum swings too far to the right. Please don't assume I'm far left, I'm not, just trying to survive and need assistance (some social programs) and I don't think the govt taking care of the ill is socialism. Sorry ;( So, yes, better here than other horrible place and I'm just barely getting by and live a VERY humble lifestyle if I can even call this "living". Day-by-day and moment-by-moment is it.
