Dude, I'd be glad to host it. I don't want to take credit for, or have control over, the file, so if someone likes (preferrably XPero), they can make an account at http://hostfile.org and upload it there. One thing you'll never get is a "too much bandwidth" error. :thumbup

I'd be glad to host the site too! Domain and all, if you can think of one. :thumbup

Noticeable changes I love:

Logon screen

Things to fix:

IE7 patch didn't work, reverted back to IE6.

Boot screen I still don't like, it needs to have an icon showing you that its active, like in the original.

None of the Custom Icons installed.

Hi all!

Just to say that XPize works fine on my PC (WinXP Pro Portuguese) and XPized IE7 is working fine as well.

However, some icons are needing to be XPized:

WMV icon (could be reverted to the WMP10 icon instead)

Internet Options Icon on Control Panel

Systems Explorer Icon on Control Panel

All these 3 are vista-like icons, so it would be nice if they were XPized.

why did u drop IE6 support??? :(

Because sometimes, you just have to move with the times...

Looking good XPero.. I'd have to agree with a few others tho, definately need a progress bar of sorts for boot screen.

Cheers

Indeed...

However, with the XPize 4.6 source out, the people interested in support on IE6 can compile their own version of a "legacy" XPize with IE6 support.

Ive updated today XPize46Full.exe, XPize46Lite.exe and XPize46SCR.zip. The changes are not important, I've just edited all URLs to point to the new domain www.xpize.net. Please mi gracious mirrors update your files. Thanks

Thanks, XPero!

Quick question, what are the unattended switches for 4.6 final? I wish to install it unattended and also skip IE7, RDP6 and the bootscreen...
