bphlpt Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Rapidshare might be the longest lasting. Some of their links are still functional after YEARS.Cheers and Regards
Guest Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 I can host it if boooggy and n7Epsilon don't object. The links don't expire on a paid MediaFire account.
boooggy Posted May 17, 2012 Author Posted May 17, 2012 ok seraph u can host it after close up.thank you for the offer.

erpdude8 Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 boooggy you should think about adding KB970159 to your slipstreamer to replace the older one in the WMP11 installerEdit: If you need them you can get them from herethe links to obtain KB970159 on there have expired kinda recently. therefore the KB970159 downloads no longer exist.darn

grubstake Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 What happened to the 'already-tweaked' version? Bummer.read first post.....uhmm....boooogy, I don't see any answer/info about this subject in the first post. Am I missing something?.....my browser not painting the page right?I've never installed, used, or even seen wmp11 so far.....so I would like to know...what were the 'tweaks'?? Is it worth me burning up life's-hours to chase down the 'tweaked' version that disappeared?....or not?thanks!
Guest Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 RaGhul and boooggy are referring to obsolete addons. They were replaced by the slipstreamer application which can apply the following tweaks if desired, but it will not let you pick and choose which tweaks to apply; it's all or none.Tweaks list:Classic menusDisable refresh on protected filesDisable scripts commandsDisplay media info from internetDon't show popup on minimodeMedia guideRetrieve info from internetRip mp3ShortcutsSkip files smaller than 1024 on addVolume maximizedAccept privacy statementDisable all streaming protocolsDisable autoadd music to libraryDisable automatic codec downloadDisable automatic saving of DRM type music filesDisable license backup promptDisable metadata retrievalDisable Most Recently Used trackingDisable silent aquisitionDisable starting with Media GuideDon't show anchor in designmodeEnhanced privacy settingsNo visualizations set

rustamabd Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Thanks for your hard work boooggy to create such a nice tool!Would it be possible to donate the tool to the nLite project, so that it can maybe integrated into nLite, or at least hosted on their site? It would be very sad if your tool is lost forever...
Guest Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Unfortunately, nuhi has ceased development on nLite. No need to worry about the slipstreamer disappearing though. I won't let it.
Dogway Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I'll be using boogy's slipstreamer since I'm localising the addon to ESN.My question now is what are the updates.I have a few of them I'm sure are in:KB954155KB973540KB975558KB978695KB2378111Another set I was actually using, but now I'm not sure:windowsmedia11-kb928788-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb929399-v2-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb929773-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb932390-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb933547-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb935551-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb935552-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb939209-x86-intl.exeWindowsMedia11-KB939683-x86-ESN.exewindowsmedia11-kb944882-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb954067-x86-intl.exewindowsmedia11-kb954069-x86-intl.exeWindowsMedia11-KB954154-x86-ESN.exewindowsmedia11-kb973442-x86-intl.exeand a few others I read somewhere lately (around RyanVM IIRC) that also need to be included, but I'm not very convinced:KB973442KB974905KB943604KB970159 (with the aforementioned KB970158 and KB971286)Should I add any of them (last 2 lists)?
submix8c Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 AFAIK, Option #1 is correct with the LATEST WMP11.
