how you make a .msi file?

I have InstallShield AdminStudio. It includes InstallShield Editor which allows you to create new or easily modify existing installers. I think Alanoll uses it too. I give no links, use Google.

MSI Updated to 5.12. To Encode to WMA you will need to download the WMASDK seperately just as the original installer would.
