Photoshop CS2 have it but dont use it...work with Picassa2 more cause it gets the job done quite easily and quite fast too! CS 2 is great as well (duh)

I use the GIMP, Microsoft Digital Image something 2006, paint. I haven't gotten my hands on photoshop, but I'm trying to.

I use Photoshop CS2 for complex editing and the venerable ACDSee 3.1 for viewing, sorting and minor editing, like crops and rotates.

ACDSee 3.1's old, but it works great. Unfortunately, it was the last version that was fast, bloat-free and didn't completely integrate itself into your system. Kinda sad, really. Because it was almost perfect before that.

Well, I only crop, rotate and resize images from my digital camera and take screenshots. I use IrfanView for all that and HyperSnap for the screenshots.

Paint.Net is really cool, too.

HyperSnap (not freeware, but it should be, damnit!) Hail freeware! Did I spell that right?
