You're opening up about something that is hurting you so no worries about being on topic. Ok and Okay. We are already mindful or we wouldn't be seeking solutions - Be grateful (for what you have) - be true (if you need to pretend to be something your not, this is a recipe for despair) - (Always) be kind. Sorry again, guys but I'm also struggling to be positive. 1

It wouldn't be normal if we agreed on everything, we are so different... - Fortunately. It's the diversity that's cool, right? I'm all for diversity, we can always learn something from each other. So we are talking about a behavior (from this moment on!) and not about the person as such, we are not judging the person, but we are talking about the behavior in this moment. Going back to the question of having the behavior called "meditations", I am curious about what it is about, whether there are some rules or not? What exactly are we thinking about? For how long? How does it happen, maybe people are sitting on their feet... and hands up for what... (That's the right position for the straight back). I don't know, please enlighten me... I think all the time while I'm awake, even during sleep (dreams), and you must do the same... Our cat, when he sleeps, sometimes he moves his paws frenetically, his body has spasms it seems, so he dreams just like us! To catch birds maybe... in my dreams I don't remember wanting to catch... you probably don't either. It's just that when I was a kid, I often wanted to catch a ball. That's all. But Americans don't know how to catch balloons... Sorry for my chaotic thoughts... Thank you and you don't have to be sorry, most (if not all) of my thoughts are scattered and chaotic. I love you guys just as you are, but I only wish you guys weren't hurting and I'd gladly take away your pain if I could wave a magic wand, but magic is trickery and I don't trick people I'm genuine I promise you that. You all know EVERYTHING about you; almost. 1

Because we have to improve in the course of our existence, every day and every moment... Do you want to be better, Sal? Do you want to improve, Sal?.. I agree 100% 1

Thank you and this forum is very good IMO and well maintained and you should see the old anxiety forum me and DigiDave were both on ... a toxic and not secure mess of toilet paper and urine stench and dung. I have a low opinion of mental health forums now and no long participate. 1

The reason he said to you "it’s rather late to call yourself a “legacyfan.”" is because he thought you want Windows to be fully patched with security updates (that is, patching it from any vulnerability). So, I think @Vistapocalypse rather stands a point about that. Edited February 16, 2023 by mina7601 2
