Good to see you ... I think getting outside made so much difference and I've not gone yet as I got back from the laundromat. How are you?

Yes going outside It changes the mood, you want to live! In particular, by changing the atmosphere from a closed surface to the open air (if there is not too much pollution)...

"10 minutes I'm heading out for the walk."

Have a nice walk then...:hello:

Thank you and you are so right, but don't get to proud of me, I only made it down the hill and back and couldn't wait to get inside where I feel safe.

God, give me the grace to accept with serenity

the things that cannot be changed,

Courage to change the things

which should be changed,

and the Wisdom to distinguish

the one from the other.

Living one day at a time,

Enjoying one moment at a time,

Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace,

Taking, as Jesus did,

This sinful world as it is,

Not as I would have it,

Trusting that You will make all things right,

If I surrender to Your will,

So that I may be reasonably happy in this life,

And supremely happy with You forever in the next.

Amen.

I had tuna for dinner (poor mister Tuna and mister Blobfish) and I ate cherry dump cake and I'm full. Maybe find a game as I'm watching mindless TV

Thank you for reminding me, Mina, I did forget yesterday. Better late than never.
