Even after adding that polyfill, Discord still doesn't work in Mypal 68.

That means there might be no more access to Discord web on NT 5.x systems or native Vista (no browser has full support of ES2021 and higher)

Yeah, Discord now works again on Serpent 52 and Serpent 55, but it still doesn't work on K-Meleon 76.4.9 Goanna.

@grey_rat

With these settings, no BSOD! :rolleyes:

If that can be useful for resolving the issue!?

I may have had a bsod or two using the first mypal68 version, but none since b2. What I do have are multiple browser crashes that render it useless until killing it and launching it again.  My guess is it's related to directx and RAM restrictions. Crashes are more likely to occur when using two apps that require directx, or after hours of use, nothing unexpected on xp nowadays, in any browser.

Which is the good thing about b3: nice browsing, @feodor2, thanks!

genieautravail, thanks, I think this will be fixed in the next MyPal :thumbup

and please check if there is BSOD in this configuration

layers.enable-tiles - true

layers.omtp.enabled - true

layers.enable-tiles-if-skia-pomtp - false

It is counted both either layers.enable-tiles or layers.enable-tiles-if-skia-pomtp you will get BSOD too then, so no point to check.

Meanwhile to narrow the thing i suggest to check another thing:

Look about:support Off Main Thread Painting Worker Count if it > 1 then set

layers.omtp.paint-workers 1 while layers.omtp.enabled - true and layers.enable-tiles-if-skia-pomtp - true

@grey_rat

With these settings I get the usual BSOD.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1454978

layers.enable-tiles-if-skia-pomtp does not adhere to layers.enable-tiles, it turns on even when the layers.enable-tiles is turned off

can be together OMTP and tiles work incorrectly

genieautravail, please check again

layers.enable-tiles - false

layers.omtp.enabled - true
