Yes uou have to test and see if the key will work wit that version of XP. Test by trying an upgrade install while loged on to windows, just try serial and cancel install after u see if serial will work or not with CD.

Im trying to make an addon from nlaom with nlaom (Ironic isnt it) using the /VERYSILENT switch. It works fine... But I cant stop nlaom from launching, it always asks for an input language, then the program folows. How do I stop it? P.S. I test the addon by uncompressing it and running the EXE file.

But for ppl who have illegal copies of windows microsoft and WGA lets them make it legal buy just purchasing a legit serial num. I dont see any difrence. If u install it, and Genuine Advantage Validation tells you its a legal copy, then it is legal. Its not the CD that microsoft cares about its the Serial. N#

I just tried your switch and it didnt work fom me either, if you want to test nlaom succesfully I made a Diskeeper 10 addon, but it took trial and error, for example the switch starts with /S in caps instead of the diskeeper 7 (" /s /v""/qn REBOOT=Suppress") one from nlaom,here is the diskeeper 10 switch: /S /v/qb took me bout a thousand tries to find it, and yes! nlaom is suposed to make a silent switch installer.

I love it cuz u can test if the installer will work by decompessing the cab file and double clicking the silent installer, you will find out if the switches u filled in are correct or wrong, u dont have to wait till u reinstall to find out if the addon u just made will work. Thanx

I know this will never happen but it wloud be really freeky if... nLite had the ability to make its own addons similar to the nLite Addon Maker, maybe there can be a nlaom tab just before the Integrate Hotfixes, were u can make your addon by choosing a raw EXE or MSI file, selecting the silent switch from a menu and then creating addon. Then move to the next tab and integrating it along with the Hotfixes/UpdatePacks. I hope i was clear enough

Just download RyanVM Update Pack (comes with messenger 4.7.3001) update and dont worry bout the other hotfixes, all the work has been done by Ryan and u can also integrate WMplayer 10+updates. So just forget the single hotfixes u downloaded just integrate the update pack and u will be up to date till the month of july 2006 with mplayer10 and messenger 4.7 also flash and other neccesary updates nLite Istructions forget the hotfixes delete them, they alredy come in the update pack
